Claims (2)
- 格子状に配置された複数のエレメント部材と、当該エレメント部材とエレメント部材との間に生じた複数の隙間とを有する蓄熱体を、発電所のボイラで生じた高温流体である排ガスの熱で低温流体である空気を加熱する空気予熱器の内部において空気が上流から下流に流れる方向を前記蓄熱体が横切るように、回転させながら、前記蓄熱体を前記高温流体と前記低温流体とに順次通過させて前記高温流体の熱を前記低温流体に伝達する空気予熱器の蓄熱体の清掃を確認する清掃確認方法であって、
前記複数の隙間のそれぞれを通り、前記空気及び前記排ガスが流れる方向と略同じ方向である複数本の仮想直線のうち1本目の仮想直線において前記蓄熱体の一端の外側に発光体を配置する発光体配置工程と、
前記蓄熱体の他端の側面に、前記発光体が発した光を拡散光に変換する、前記発光体の大きさに比べて遥かに大きな1つの透過光拡散体を前記複数本の仮想直線の延長上に配置する透過光拡散体配置工程と、
前記1本目の仮想直線についての前記拡散光の状態を確認した後に、2本目以降の前記仮想直線についても前記蓄熱体の一端の外側に前記発光体を配置し、その仮想直線についての前記拡散光の状態を確認する工程を順次繰り返す工程とを実行する清掃確認方法。 - 前記透過光拡散体は、白色系のシート状物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の清掃確認方法。
