(Main applications) The method of manufacturing the patch transfer medium of the present invention, and the main applications of the patch transfer fibrous material (medium) obtained by transferring a patch using the patch transfer medium include, for example, clothing such as T-shirts, Carton, case, packaging materials such as exterior paper, accessories such as bags, appreciation tickets, greeting cards, envelopes, tags, bookmarks, calendars, posters, brochures, nameplates, report paper and other stationery, building materials, panels, emblems , Footwear, shoes, etc. However, after transfer, the hard coat layer mainly composed of ionizing radiation curable resin is the outermost surface, and it is possible to manufacture a patch having a hologram having excellent scratch resistance and excellent design properties at low cost, and with an iron or the like. It is not particularly limited as long as it is used for transferring by heating and pressing.
(Background Art) In recent years, personal preferences have been diversified and personalized, and many personal products have a tendency to produce a variety of small lots. For stationery and apparel products, there is a demand for only one product per person. However, traditional fabric materials such as cloth and paper, such as decoration on T-shirts, can be directly screen-printed or transferred to T-shirts after printing on transfer paper by offset or screen printing. After transfer, there is a problem that the decoration becomes the outermost surface and is inferior in durability.
In addition, a hard coat layer heat transfer film having a heat transferable resin layer is superimposed on the decorative surface, and the heat transferable resin layer having transparency is transferred using an iron or a heating roll to form a protective layer on the decoration. Things have been done. However, since the above protective layer needs to be partially transferred at the time of transfer by an iron or a heat roll, it needs to have a foil cutting property. In this case, since the protective layer has to be a resin film having a thickness of about several microns, there is a disadvantage that durability such as tough scratch resistance and chemical resistance cannot be provided.
Furthermore, there are types that transfer together with PET or OPP film, but the film has a problem that it is inferior in scratch resistance due to a sharp object and is easily damaged.
Therefore, decoration on fabric materials such as cloth and paper can be easily transferred by heating and pressing a patch transfer medium having a hologram with excellent design properties with an iron or the like, and after transfer, ionizing radiation curable resin is mainly used. A patch transfer fibrous material with excellent scratch resistance, with the hard coat layer as the component and the adhesive layer mainly composed of ionizing radiation curable resin as the outermost surface, and the patch transfer medium itself is ionizing radiation cured Hardened by simultaneously curing two layers of an uncured hard coat layer mainly composed of an ionizing resin and an uncured adhesive layer mainly composed of an ionizing radiation curable resin by one irradiation of ionizing radiation. There is a need for a method of manufacturing a patch transfer medium that can be manufactured at low cost by using a coat layer and a cured adhesive layer.
(Prior Art) Conventionally, the present applicant has known a hologram transfer foil provided with a base material, a peelable resin layer, a hologram layer also serving as a protective function, a reflective layer, and an adhesive layer (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .) However, it is a partial transfer at the time of transfer, and in order to improve the foil cutting property, the hologram layer must be a resin film with a thickness of about several microns, and is transferred to the surface of the medium to become the outermost surface. When used repeatedly, there is a drawback in that it lacks durability such as tough scratch resistance and solvent resistance.
In addition, the applicant has laminated a sheet base material provided with a resin layer and a transparent sheet provided with a hologram forming layer and a receiving layer, and the transparent sheet portion including the hologram forming layer and the receiving layer is subjected to a half cut process. An intermediate transfer recording medium that peels between a resin layer and a transparent sheet is disclosed (for example, see Patent Documents 2 to 3). However, the receiving layer is essential, and the image is printed on the receiving layer and retransferred, and there is no mention of imparting durability such as scratch resistance or solvent resistance of the image printed on the medium. There are drawbacks.
Further, the present applicant (A) is an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet in which a conductive layer having a mesh region and a grounding region 40 is laminated on one surface of a transparent substrate, and the mesh region is flattened. 1 and (B) the adhesive
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve such problems. Its purpose is to decorate fabric materials such as cloth and paper, which can be easily transferred by heating and pressurizing a patch transfer medium with a hologram with excellent design properties with an iron, etc. A patch transfer fibrous material with excellent scratch resistance with two layers, a hard coat layer mainly composed of an ion and an adhesive layer mainly composed of an ionizing radiation curable resin, and the patch transfer medium itself is ionized. Two layers of uncured hard coat layer mainly composed of radiation curable resin and uncured adhesive layer mainly composed of ionizing radiation curable resin are cured simultaneously by one irradiation of ionizing radiation and cured. By providing a hard coat layer and a cured adhesive layer, a method for producing a patch transfer medium that can be produced at low cost is provided.

(Hologram) Next, predetermined fine unevenness (relief structure) such as a hologram that exhibits a light diffraction effect is formed on the surface of the
A relief shape is formed (also referred to as replication) on the surface of the
Further, the hologram pattern formed on the
Be、Mg、Ca、Cr、Mn、Cu、Ag、Al、Sn、In、Te、Fe、Co、Zn、Ge、Pb、Cd、Bi、Se、Ga、Rb、Sb、Pb、Ni、Sr、Ba、La、Ce、Au等の酸化物又は窒化物他はそれらを2種以上を混合したもの等が例示できる。
(Reflection layer) Since the

(Step 2) Step 2S2 provides (2) a
(Supporting base material) The supporting
The
(Release layer) As the
(Heat resistant slipping layer) In the
The slipperiness-imparting agent that is added to or overcoated the heat-resistant slipping layer is, for example, a layer composed of a polyalcohol polymer compound, a polyisocyanate compound, and a phosphate ester compound, and a filler may be further added. preferable. The heat resistant slipping layer is prepared by dissolving or dispersing the above-described resin, slipperiness-imparting agent, and filler with an appropriate solvent, and, for example, gravure printing or screen printing on the back surface of the
(Step 3) Step 3S3 has the structure shown in FIG. 4 when (3) an uncured hard coat layer mainly composed of an ionizing radiation curable resin is formed on the surface of the
(Hard Coat Layer) The
(Filler) Examples of the filler include micro silica and polyethylene wax, and examples of the polyethylene wax include polyethylene resin particles and beads, and spherical beads are preferable. The addition amount is about 0.01 to 10 parts by mass, preferably 0.1 to 5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the ionizing radiation curable resin. After the transfer, the
(1) By including polyethylene wax, the
The
The blending ratio of the polyester resin to the ionizing radiation curable resin is preferably based on mass, and the ionizing radiation curable resin: polyester resin = 100: 10 to 40 is preferable, and if it is less than this range, the flexibility of the
(Formation of hard coat layer) First, an uncured hard coat layer is formed. Add polyethylene wax to the above ionizing radiation curable resin, and if necessary, add polyester resin, photopolymerization initiator, plasticizer, stabilizer, surfactant, etc., disperse or dissolve in solvent, roll coat, gravure An uncured hard coat layer is formed by applying and drying by a known coating method such as coating, comma coating or die coating. The uncured hard coat layer is cured (reacted) with ionizing radiation such as ultraviolet rays after being laminated via an uncured adhesive layer mainly composed of an ionizing radiation curable resin in Step 4S4 described later. Ionizing radiation is applied to simultaneously cure the uncured hard coat layer and the uncured adhesive layer.
(Thickness of hard coat layer) In the present invention, even in extremely harsh environments, there is no expiration date, long-term use, and / or many repeated use, solvent and mechanical friction and wear, In particular, the thickness of the
(Step 4) Step 4S4 (4) The uncured hard coat layer surface and the transparent base material surface of the transfer material were laminated via an uncured adhesive layer mainly composed of an ionizing radiation curable resin. After that, the laminate 50 is obtained by irradiating with ionizing radiation and simultaneously curing the uncured hard coat layer and the uncured adhesive layer to obtain a cured hard coat layer and a cured adhesive layer. The configuration is as shown in FIG.
(Lamination step) The uncured hard coat layer surface provided on the
。
Furthermore, the hard coat layer mainly composed of the ionizing radiation curable resin and the adhesive layer mainly composed of the ionizing radiation curable resin can be applied and cured without a solvent to form a coating film. Since the solvent is not discharged to the environment at low cost, there is no solvent recovery cost, no carbon dioxide is emitted when it is burned and discharged, and the load on the environment can be reduced.
.
(Lamination) The uncured adhesive layer may be applied to the surface of the
(Step 5) Step 5S5 is (5) an adhesive layer forming step in which an

(Step 6) Step 6S6 is (6) Transferring the configuration comprising the cured
(Half-cut process) As a half-cut treatment method, a method of moving the upper die up and down by inserting the
In general, half-cutting is performed by continuously cutting around the
Although it does not specifically limit as a shape of the
(Patch Transfer Medium) The
(Patch Transfer Fiber Base Material) As shown in FIG. 8, the
(Transfer to be transferred) The fibrous material 101 is a transferred material, but is not particularly limited as long as it is a fibrous material. Paper fibers, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics such as paper pulp, natural or synthetic resin fibers, and glass fibers are used. Etc. can be exemplified. The form is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include paper such as notebooks and catalogs, clothing such as T-shirts, aprons, and hats, and shoes. Further, the medium of the fibrous material 101 may be colored, printed, or otherwise decorated on at least a part thereof.
(Transfer method) As a transfer method for transferring to a transfer target, a known transfer method may be used, and an iron is exemplified. For example, hot stamping by hot stamping (foil stamping), transfer by a hot roll, thermal head (heat sensitive) A known method such as a thermal printer (also called a thermal transfer printer) using a printing head) can be applied. Further, it may be transferred by heating in accordance with the shape of the
