Description
Claims (5)
- I.S.タイプのガラス容器成形機械のセクションで使用するための装置であって、
セクションは、加圧あるいは吹込みによって、成形可能なガラスからガラス容器のパリソンを成形するための、少なくとも1つのブランクモールドを有し、
燃料と酸化剤の濃厚な可燃性供給物のパルスを、少なくとも1つのブランクモールドに向って流すために、間欠的に送出するように位置決めされたバーナーを有するスートヘッドと、
スートを出す火炎を生じさせるために、燃料と酸化剤の可燃性供給物を間欠的に点火するように前記スートヘッド内に埋設されたスパークデバイスと、
12,000〜15,000ボルトの高電圧パルスでスパークデバイスを間欠的に賦勢するように前記スートヘッド内で、I.S.機械用電子制御システムの固有の作動との干渉を回避するよう前記スパークデバイスの十分近くに位置決めされた点火コイルと、
比較的低電圧電源を、前記点火コイルに伝えるための手段と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 12〜24ボルトDCの低電圧電源を点火コイルに伝えるための電気パネルを更に有し、前記電気パネルは、前記バーナーから遠く離れて位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 点火コイルは、1分当り4,000パルスの比較的一定の着火パルス速度で作動される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガラス容器成形機械のセクションは、複数のブランクモールドを有し、
(a)複数のスートヘッドを有し、前記スートヘッドの各々は、燃料と酸化剤の濃厚な可燃性供給物のパルスを、前記ブランクモールドの1つに向って流すために、間欠的に送出するように位置決めされたバーナーを有し、
(b)複数のスパークデバイスを有し、各スパークデバイスは、スートを出す火炎を生じさせるために、前記バーナーの1つからの燃料と酸化剤の可燃性供給物を間欠的に点火するように前記スートヘッドの1つ内に位置決めされ、
(c)12,000〜15,000ボルトの高電圧パルスで前記スパークデバイスの各々を間欠的に賦勢するように前記各スートヘッド内で、I.S.機械用電子制御システムの固有の作動との干渉を回避するよう位置決めされた点火コイルを有する、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 12〜24ボルトの低電圧電源を各点火コイルに伝えるための電気パネルを更に有し、前記電気パネルは、前記バーナーから遠く離れて位置決めされる、請求項4に記載の装置。
