Description
(1)耐候性鋼の表面に生成したFeOOH中の塩素の状態を、X線吸収スペクトル法により、塩素のX線吸収端のエネルギー値を測定することで解析し、該X線吸収端のエネルギー値によって、該FeOOHを表面に生成した耐候性鋼の耐候性を評価する、耐候性鋼の耐候性評価方法。
(2)前記X線吸収スペクトル法が、XAFS(X線吸収微細構造)法であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の耐候性鋼の耐候性評価方法。
(3)前記耐候性評価方法において用いる、XAFS法において、耐候性鋼の表面に形成したFeOOH中の塩素のX線吸収端のエネルギー値と、NaCl中の塩素のX線吸収端のエネルギー値との差を指標に用いることを特徴とする、上記(2)に記載の耐候性鋼の耐候性評価方法。
Claims (3)
- 耐候性鋼の表面に生成したFeOOH中の塩素の状態を、X線吸収スペクトル法により、塩素のX線吸収端のエネルギー値を測定することで解析し、該X線吸収端のエネルギー値によって、該FeOOHを表面に生成した耐候性鋼の耐候性を評価する、耐候性鋼の耐候性評価方法。
- 前記X線吸収スペクトル法が、XAFS(X線吸収微細構造)法であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性鋼の耐候性評価方法。
- 前記耐候性評価方法において用いる、XAFS法において、耐候性鋼の表面に形成したFeOOH中の塩素のX線吸収端のエネルギー値と、NaCl中の塩素のX線吸収端のエネルギー値との差を指標に用いることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の耐候性鋼の耐候性評価方法。
