Claims (5)
- 酸化剤ガスと燃料ガスとを高温作動温度環境下の電池室内に供給し、この酸化剤ガスと燃料ガスとを電気化学的に反応させて電力を得るようにした燃料電池本体及びその附帯装置の周囲に、内側から順に、セルの大きさが100ナノメートル以下でありかつ嵩密度が0.22〜0.35g/cm 3 のマイクロポーラス断熱材層、内壁と外壁とに挟まれた気密空間を真空にすることによって形成される真空断熱層、無機繊維系断熱材層からなる断熱構造を有することを特徴とする燃料電池用断熱システム。
- マイクロポーラス断熱材層に用いられる材料は、質量%で、SiO2:30〜95%、赤外線反射剤:5〜45%、補強材:0〜30%および焼結助剤:0〜10%からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用断熱システム。
- 真空断熱層は、内壁と外壁とに挟まれた気密空間を真空にすることによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池用断熱システム。
- 無機繊維系断熱材層の材料は、質量%で、Al2O3:40〜95%およびSiO2:5〜95%を含有する組成からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の燃料電池用断熱システム。
- 各断熱層が円筒形状に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の燃料電池用断熱システム。
