Claims (5)
- 流体が供給される流路に連通するシリンダ孔を備えたケースと、
前記シリンダ孔内に移動自在に収容されて当該シリンダ孔内に圧力室を区画形成し、前記流路から前記圧力室に流入する流体により後退移動するピストンと、
前記ケースに装着され、前記ピストンに設けられた永久磁石の位置に応じて、前記ピストンが圧力検出位置であるか否かを検出する磁気センサと、
前記ケース内に前記ピストンに対向して移動自在に配置され、前記ピストンとの間に装着される弾性部材による前記ピストンに対する付勢力により前記ピストンが前記圧力検出位置となるときの前記圧力室内の流体の圧力を設定する押圧部材と、
前記押圧部材に設けられ、前記ケースの圧力表示壁に設けられた窓部を介して設定された圧力を外部に表示する表示部と、
前記押圧部材に形成された従動側傾斜面に摺動接触する駆動側傾斜面を備え、前記押圧部材の移動方向と交差する方向に移動して前記押圧部材を移動させる調節部材と、
前記圧力表示壁側に設けられ、前記調節部材を移動させて前記ピストンが前記圧力検出位置となるときの前記付勢力を設定する操作部材とを有し、
前記窓部が設けられた前記圧力表示壁側に前記操作部材を設けることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、前記調節部材の前記駆動側傾斜面を前記圧力表示壁側に対して反対向きに形成し、前記調節部材を前記圧力表示壁から離反する方向へ移動させることにより、前記押圧部材が前記ピストン側へ移動されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。
- 請求項1記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、前記調節部材の前記駆動側傾斜面を前記圧力表示壁に対向させて形成し、前記調節部材を前記圧力表示壁に接近する方向へ移動させることにより、前記押圧部材が前記ピストン側へ移動されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、前記圧力表示壁のうち前記操作部材の操作部が設けられる部分と前記窓部が設けられる部分とを同一平面上とすることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、前記圧力表示壁のうち前記操作部材の操作部が設けられる部分と前記窓部が設けられる部分とを前記調節部材の移動方向にずらすことを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。
