Description
Claims (19)
- 高多孔質自己凝集不織ウェブの製造方法であって、
秩序−無秩序転移温度及び結晶化発熱エンタルピーを有する自己凝集フィラメントを含む不織前駆ウェブ材料を用意する工程であって、前記自己凝集フィラメントが、部分的に相不混和性のブロックコポリマー又はフィラメントへの押出を可能にするのに十分な溶融混和性を有する、ポリマーもしくはコポリマーのブレンドから構成される、工程と;
前記前駆ウェブ材料を軟化する工程であって、前記前駆ウェブ材料の秩序−無秩序転移温度より高温であってかつ軟化した前記前駆ウェブ材料の結晶化発熱エンタルピーの実質的な減少につながりうる熱及び時間の組み合わせ未満で軟化する、工程と;
その軟化した前駆ウェブ材料を少なくとも一方向に少なくとも2:1の比率で伸長して、全体積の少なくとも90%が空隙である未アニールの伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブを形成する、工程と;
その伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料を最大に張って拘束しながら部分的にアニールする工程と;
その伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料を最大に張った拘束から解放する工程と;
その伸長したウェブ材料への拘束が少なくなった後で、その伸長したウェブ材料を完全にアニールすることにより、その伸長して部分的にアニールされた高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料のかさばりを増大する工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料が、4:1の比率で伸長されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料が、5:1の比率で伸長されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料が、6:1の比率で伸長されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料が、7:1の比率で伸長されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料が、8:1の比率で伸長されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料が、9:1の比率で伸長されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料が、10:1の比率で伸長されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料を、チューブ状構造物に形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料が、3:1の比率で伸長されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆ウェブ材料が単軸伸長される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆ウェブ材料が二軸伸長される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆ウェブ材料が放射状に伸長される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長したウェブ材料を前記前駆ウェブ材料の最大伸長から10%〜60%収縮させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 高多孔質自己凝集不織ウェブの製造方法であって、
自己凝集性紡糸フィラメントを形成可能なポリマー材料を用意する工程と;
前記ポリマー材料を、少なくとも1つの加熱した紡糸口金を通して押し出して、少なくとも1つの連続フィラメントを形成する工程と;
前記連続フィラメントを移動式収集装置上で収集する工程と;
収集した前記連続フィラメントを自己凝集させて、秩序−無秩序転移温度及び結晶化発熱エンタルピーを有する実質的に無定形で不織の自己凝集したポリマー前駆ウェブ材料を形成する工程と;
前記ポリマー前駆ウェブ材料を軟化する工程であって、前記ポリマー前駆ウェブ材料の秩序−無秩序転移温度より高温であってかつ軟化した前記前駆ウェブ材料の結晶化発熱エンタルピーの実質的な減少につながりうる熱及び時間の組み合わせ未満で軟化する、工程と;
その軟化したポリマー前駆ウェブ材料を少なくとも一方向に少なくとも2:1の比率で伸長して、全体積の少なくとも90%が空隙である未アニールの伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブを形成する、工程と;
その伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料を最大に張って拘束しながら部分的にアニールする工程と;
その伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料を最大に張った拘束から解放する工程と;
その伸長したウェブ材料への拘束が少なくなった後で、その伸長したウェブ材料を完全にアニールすることにより、その伸長して部分的にアニールされた高多孔質自己凝集ウェブ材料のかさばりを増大する工程と
を含む、方法。 - 高多孔質自己凝集不織ウェブの製造方法であって、
秩序−無秩序転移温度及び結晶化発熱エンタルピーを有する自己凝集フィラメントを含む不織前駆ウェブ材料を用意する工程であって、前記自己凝集フィラメントが、部分的に相不混和性のブロックコポリマー又はフィラメントへの押出を可能にするのに十分な溶融混和性を有する、ポリマーもしくはコポリマーのブレンドから構成される、工程と;
前記前駆ウェブ材料を軟化する工程であって、前記前駆ウェブ材料の秩序−無秩序転移温度より高温であってかつ軟化した前記前駆ウェブ材料の結晶化発熱エンタルピーの実質的な減少につながりうる熱及び時間の組み合わせ未満で軟化する、工程と;
その軟化したポリマー前駆ウェブ材料を少なくとも一方向に少なくとも2:1の比率で伸長して、全体積の少なくとも90%が空隙である未アニールの伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブを形成する、工程と;
その伸長した高多孔質自己凝集ウェブを最大に張って拘束しながら完全にアニールする工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記前駆ウェブ材料が単軸伸長される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆ウェブ材料が二軸伸長される、請求項16に記載の方法。
