Description
本発明の1つの広範な側面は、放出を刺激するモードで操作するポンプ機構をもった手動搾乳器を提供する。本発明の他の広範な側面は、手動搾乳器の片手操作のための真に新規なポンプ機構である。本発明の1つの実施形態では、ポンプ機構は放出と一般的なポンプ作用の両方を生じさせるように作動される1組の要素を含む。本発明の他の実施形態では、ポンプ機構は一般的には2組の要素を含み、その各々は、操作モードの1つを生じさせるように設計されている。

Claims (13)
- 女性の乳首及び乳房に隣接した少なくともいくらかを受け入れるように寸法決めされ且つ形作られた内部を構成する内部受け面を有するシールドと、
前記シールドに、前記シールドの前記内部と連通して取り付けた導管構造と、
使用者によって握られるハンドルと、
ダイヤフラム構造と、を含み、
前記ハンドルは前記ダイヤフラム構造上のピボット点に関して回転でき、前記ダイヤフラム構造は前記導管構造と連通し、前記ダイヤフラム構造は、前記ハンドル内に配置され、且つ前記ハンドルと前記ピボット点との間に真空室を構成するために前記導管構造と別であり、前記ピボットを支点として使用する前記ハンドルの移動により前記ダイヤフラム構造が前記真空室の容積を変化させて、前記シールドに伝えられる圧力変化を生じさせる、手動操作式搾乳器組立体。 - 前記導管構造は2つの導管部分を含む、請求項1に記載の搾乳器組立体。
- 前記導管部分の第1のものは搾られた乳を伝え、前記導管部分の第2のものは前記真空室から圧力変化を伝える、請求項2に記載の搾乳器組立体。
- 前記ハンドルは、第1ピボット点で回動する第1延長部を含む、請求項1に記載の搾乳器組立体。
- 前記ハンドルの移動を生じさせる前記第1延長部の完全な操作は、第1容積変化を生じさせる、請求項4に記載の搾乳器組立体。
- 前記ハンドルは、第2ピボット点で回動する第2延長部を含む、請求項4に記載の搾乳器組立体。
- 前記ハンドルの移動を生じさせる前記第2延長部の完全な操作は、前記第1容積変化と異なる第2容積変化を生じさせる、請求項6に記載の搾乳器組立体。
- 前記ダイヤフラム構造は、可撓性膜と、該膜に連結された硬質プーラー部材と、を含み、前記プーラー部材は、前記導管構造に解放可能に連結されている、請求項1に記載の搾乳器組立体。
- 女性の乳首及び乳房に隣接した少なくともいくらかを受け入れるように寸法決めされ且つ形作られた内部を構成する内部受け面を有するシールドと、
前記シールドに、前記シールドの前記内部と連通して取り付けられた導管構造と、
前記導管構造と連通する手動ポンプ機構と、を含み、該ポンプ機構は、前記導管構造に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記導管構造のピボット点でレバーとして作動する、取り外し可能なハンドルと、前記ハンドルの一体部品として含められ、且つ前記導管構造から取り外し可能に離れるダイヤフラム構造と、を含み、前記ダイヤフラム構造は、前記ハンドルとピボットとの間に前記ハンドルに真空室を構成し、前記真空室は、前記導管構造と連通している、手動操作式搾乳器組立体。 - 女性の乳首及び乳房に隣接した少なくともいくらかを受け入れるように寸法決めされ且つ形作られた内部を構成する内部受け面を有するシールドと、
前記シールドの前記内部に空気圧力変化を伝え、かつまた、乳房から搾られた乳を伝えるために、前記シールドの前記内部と連通している導管構造と、
内面を含むハンドルと、前記ハンドルに密封して取付けられたダイヤフラムと、を有するポンプ機構と、を含み、前記ダイヤフラムは、可撓性膜と、該膜に取付けられた硬質プーラー部材と、をさらに含み、前記ハンドルの内面と膜は一緒になって、前記導管構造から離れる真空室を構成し、該真空室は、前記硬質プーラーに設けられた開口を介して前記導管構造と連通しており、前記ハンドルには第1延長部が形成され、該第1延長部は、前記プーラーの第1ピボット点と作動的に関連し、前記第1延長部の、休止位置から、前記第1ピボット点を中心とする円弧の運動により、前記ダイヤフラムが前記真空室を第1容積で膨張させ、前記ハンドルには第2延長部が形成され、前記第2延長部の、休止位置から、前記硬質プーラーの第2ピボット点を中心とする円弧の運動により、前記ダイヤフラムが前記真空室を、前記第1容積よりも小さい第2容積で膨張させる、手動操作式搾乳器組立体。 - ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルを回転可能に取り付ける導管構造と、
前記ハンドル内に配置され且つ 圧力室を構成する、前記導管構造と別であるダイヤフラム構造と、を含み、該圧力室は容積を定め、前記ダイヤフラム構造は、前記容積を変化させて圧力の変化を生じさせるために、前記導管構造に形成されたピボット点に対する前記ハンドルの移動によって移動でき、前記圧力室には、圧力の変化を伝える出口が設けられ、前記ハンドルは、前記容積の第1変化を生じさせるための、前記ハンドルの第1の所定の移動によって定められる第1操作モード、及び前記第1容積と異なる前記容積の第2変化を生じさせるための、前記ハンドルの第2の所定移動によって定められる第2操作モードで操作される、搾乳器用の手動ポンプ機構。 - 前記導管構造に対する前記ハンドルのための第1ピボット点及び前記ハンドルのための第2ピボット点を更に含み、前記ハンドルは、前記第1ピボット点に対して移動されるとき、前記ダイヤフラム構造が容積の前記第1変化を生じさせ、前記ハンドルは、前記第2ピボット点に対して移動されるとき、前記ダイヤフラム構造が容積の前記第2変化を生じさせる、請求項11に記載のポンプ機構。
- 女性の乳首及び乳房に隣接した少なくともいくらかを受け入れるように寸法決めされ且つ形作られた内部を構成する内部受け面を有するシールドと、
前記シールドを取付け且つ前記シールドの前記内部と連通している導管構造と、
少なくとも1つのピボットで前記導管構造に回転可能に取り付けられたハンドルと、
前記導管構造と連通しているダイヤフラム構造と、を含み、前記ダイヤフラム構造は、前記ハンドルに位置したくぼみに取り付けられた可撓性ダイヤフラムを含み、前記ダイヤフラムは、前記ハンドルと一緒に移動し、且つ前記ハンドによって担持された真空室を構成し、前記ハンドルの移動によりダイヤフラム構造が前記真空質の容積を変化させて、前記シールドに連絡される第1圧力変化を生じさせる手動操作式搾乳器組立体。
