Claims (8)
- 天然ガスを、メタノール又はメタノール誘導品に転換する方法であって、
天然ガスをオキシダント流で部分酸化して、H2、CO及びCO2を、(H2)/(2CO+3CO2)のモル比が1.0未満の量で含む合成ガスを生成するステップであって、前記オキシダント流は、圧縮空気を、N2よりもO2を優先的に透過させる半透過性膜を通して拡散させて、空気よりも酸素が富化された低圧透過流を生成することによって得られ、空気よりも酸素が少ない高圧非透過流は取り除かれ、
合成ガスを水素富化リサイクルガス流と混合するステップであって、水素富化リサイクルガス流が用いられる量は、前記合成ガスよりも高い(H2)/(2CO+3CO2)のモル比でH2、CO及びCO2を含有する合成ガス−リサイクルガスの複合ガス流を供給できる量であり、
合成ガス−リサイクルガスの複合ガス流を、メタノール転換触媒を有する複数の接触部へ送り、メタノール転換触媒との接触によって前記ガス流からメタノールを回収するステップてあって、最後のメタノール回収ステップの後、テールガス流は、N2よりもH2を優先的に透過させる半透過性膜を通じて拡散され、低圧透過ガス流としてリサイクル用の水素富化ガス流を生成し、水素量が少ない高圧非透過流は取り除かれ、
酸素量が少ない高圧非透過流と、水素量が少ない高圧非透過流とを混合し、酸化触媒の下で酸化させて、酸化ガス流を生成するステップ、
酸化ガス流からエネルギーを回収するステップ、を有している方法。 - エネルギーは、前記ガス流を膨張させることによって酸化ガス流から回収される請求項1の方法。
- 合成ガスは、(H2)/(2CO+3CO2)のモル比が0.85以下である請求項1の方法。
- 合成ガス−リサイクルガスの複合ガス流は、(H2)/(2CO+3CO2)のモル比が0.95以上である請求項3の方法。
- 合成ガス−リサイクルガスの複合ガス流は、メタノール転換触媒を有する3以上の接触部に送られる請求項4の方法。
- オキシダント流には、40モル%以上の酸素が含まれている請求項1の方法。
- 酸素量が少ない高圧非透過流には、10モル%未満の酸素が含まれている請求項1の方法。
- 水素量が少ない高圧非透過流を、その圧力が、酸素量が少ない非透過流の圧力と同じになるまで膨張させ、その後、酸素量が少ない高圧非透過流と、水素量が少ない高圧非透過流とを混合し、酸化触媒の下で酸化させて、酸化ガス流を生成することを含んでいる請求項1の方法。
