Claims (8)
- ステータと対向して配置されたロータコアと、該ロータコアに装着されたマグネットと、からなるロータを含んで構成され、
前記マグネットは、前記ロータの半径方向に前記ステータに対して反対側に向かって膨らんだアーク状を有して形成され、前記ロータコアのステータに面した周りに放射状に装着され、
前記ロータコアには、前記ステータに面した前記ロータコアの周部に軸方向に突出したオーバーハング部が備えられ、
前記ロータコアのオーバーハング部は、前記の各マグネットの両端の間に位置することを特徴とするモータ。 - 前記ロータコアは、鉄粉末冶金方法によって成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記ロータコアのオーバーハング部は、前記ロータコアの軸方向の両面にそれぞれ備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記ロータコアのオーバーハング部は、前記ロータの半径方向に前記マグネットと前記ステータとの間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記ステータは、リング状のヨークと、該ヨークの周りに放射状に配置されてコイルが巻線される多数個のティースと、から構成され、
前記ヨークの軸方向の長さは、前記ロータコアの軸方向の長さと前記ロータコアのオーバーハング部の軸方向の長さとの合計と同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記ステータは、リング状のヨークと、該ヨークの周りに放射状に配置されてコイルが巻線される多数個のティースと、から構成され、
前記ティースのコイルが巻線されるネック部の軸方向の長さは、前記ロータコアの軸方向の長さと前記ロータコアのオーバーハング部の軸方向の長さとの合計より短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記の各ティースのネック部の端に位置して前記ロータと対向するチップ部の軸方向の長さが、前記ティースのネック部の軸方向の長さより長いことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のモータ。
- 前記ステータは、リング状のヨークと、該ヨークの周りに放射状に配置されてコイルが巻線される多数個のティースと、から構成され、
前記ヨーク及び多数個のティースは、鉄粉末冶金方法によって成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。
