グルコース+GOx−FAD→グルコン酸+GOx−FADH2
GOx−FADH2+Mox→GOx−FAD+Mred
血中のグルコースは、グルコースオキシダーゼの触媒作用によってグルコン酸に酸化される。ここで、グルコースオキシダーゼの補因子であるFADが還元されてFADH2になる。還元された補因子であるFADH2は、電子を移動させ、FADH2はFADに酸化され、電子移動メディエータは還元される。還元状態の電子移動メディエータは、電極表面まで拡散する。一連の反応サイクルを、作用電極に印加されるアノード電位により駆動し、血糖値に比例する酸化還元電流を測定する。電気化学的バイオセンサは、従来の比色方法によるバイオセンサとは異なり、試料の濁度や色の影響を受けず、試料が混濁していても試料の前処理が不要であり、広範囲の試料の使用が可能であるという長所を有する。
前記生産ロット情報認識部に記録された生産ロット情報を認識するために、一定間隔の時間差を置いて発光する少なくとも2個の発光体と前記発光される光を感知する検出器とを含む電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器を提供する。
生産ロット情報を含む生産ロット情報認識部を備えたバイオセンサを、バイオセンサ測定器のコネクタポートに挿入し、電源を入れる工程(工程1);
前記測定器内で異なる波長を有する光を一定間隔の時間差を置いて順次に発光させ、前記バイオセンサに備えられた生産ロット情報認識部を検出し、挿入されたバイオセンサの生産ロット情報を認識する工程(工程2);
工程2で認識された生産ロット情報に適合するようにバイオセンサ測定器の測定及び作業処理を行う工程(工程3);及び
バイオセンサの試料注入口に液体試料を注入して試料の電気化学的定量情報を生成し、前記液体試料中の特定成分を定量して、定量結果を表示する工程(工程4)
を含む。
まず、工程1は、生産ロット情報を含む生産ロット情報認識部を備えたバイオセンサをバイオセンサ測定器のコネクタポートに挿入し、電源を入れる工程である。

Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1枚または2枚の平面絶縁板に備えられた少なくとも作用電極及び補助電極を含む複数の電極;前記電極に試料を誘導する毛細試料セル;酸化還元酵素及び電子移動メディエータを含む、前記作用電極に形成される反応試薬層;前記作用電極と補助電極とを連結させる電極連結部;及び前記少なくとも2枚の平面絶縁板から選択され、前記電極間の連結に支障を与えない少なくとも1枚の平面絶縁板上に生産ロット情報を記録するよう構成された生産ロット情報認識部を含む電気化学的バイオセンサを測定する電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器であって、
前記生産ロット情報認識部に記録された生産ロット情報を認識するために、一定間隔の時間差を置いて異なる波長を有する光を発する少なくとも2個の発光体と前記発光される光を感知する検出器とを含み、
生産ロット情報認識部が、色、明暗または彩度の差に起因する生産ロットの差に関する情報を表示する1個または2個以上の色相標識を含む、
前記電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器。 - 複数の電極が、試料流動決定電極をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器。
- 色相標識の数が、1〜10個である、請求項1または2に記載の電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器。
- 発光体が、赤色、青色及び緑色を発光する三色発光ダイオード、または白色、赤色、青色及び緑色を発光する四色発光ダイオードである、請求項1に記載の電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器。
- 発光体から発光された光が、フィルタを使うことなく順次に検出器に検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器。
- 検出器が、光学認識装置である、請求項3に記載の電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器。
- 発光体および検出器が、分離型または一体型構造から構成される、請求項1に記載の電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器。
- 発光体および検出器が、電気化学的バイオセンサに記録された生産ロット情報を認識できるようにコネクタ本体と共に集積化され、単数または複数の光の透過または反射経路を確保することができる発光体−生産ロット情報認識部−検出器を含む構造を有するコネクタ本体を備える、請求項1に記載の電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器。
- 電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器を使用した測定方法であって、
生産ロット情報を含む生産ロット情報認識部を備えた電気化学的バイオセンサを、電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器のコネクタポートに挿入し、電源を入れる工程(工程1);
前記測定器内で異なる波長を有する光を発光体に一定間隔の時間差を置いて順次に発光させ、前記電気化学的バイオセンサに備えられた生産ロット情報認識部を検出し、挿入された電気化学的バイオセンサの生産ロット情報を認識する工程(工程2);
工程2で認識された生産ロット情報に適合するように電気化学的バイオセンサ測定器の測定及び作業処理を行う工程(工程3);及び
電気化学的バイオセンサの試料注入口に液体試料を注入して試料の電気化学的定量情報を生成し、前記液体試料中の特定成分を定量して、定量結果を表示する工程(工程4)
を含み、
ここで、生産ロット情報認識部が、色、明暗または彩度の差に起因する生産ロットの差に関する情報を表示する1個または2個以上の色相標識を含む、
