Description
−前記標的領域に供給する血管の血管樹トポロジーを識別するための識別手段、
−前記血管樹において異なる可能性のある注入点へ注入した後、前記標的に送達される薬物材料の割合を決めるための流量決定手段、及び
−前記標的への最も高い割合の薬物送達となる前記可能性のある注入点を最適な注入点として選択する選択手段
を有する請求項1に記載の装置により達成される。

は、健康な組織における化学塞栓法により生じる損傷に対する指標である。μが0に近く、μが1に近い場合はそれぞれ、化学塞栓材料の大部分は腫瘍に入り、関連する血管セグメントは薬物注入点として適当である。
Claims (12)
- 標的を含んでいる標的領域への栄養血管に、薬物を注入することによる、患者の身体への標的薬物送達のための注入点を決める装置において、
−前記標的領域への栄養血管の血管樹のトポロジーを識別するための識別手段、
−前記血管樹において様々な注入点候補へ注入した後、前記標的に送達される薬物材料の割合を決めるための流量決定手段、及び
−前記標的への最も高い割合の薬物送達となる前記注入点候補を最適な注入点として選択するための選択手段を有する装置。 - 前記流量決定手段は、特に前記血管樹の栄養血管に造影剤を注入した後、前記血管樹の終端セグメントの体積流量率を計測するための計測手段を有し、前記体積流量率は、どの位の量の薬物材料が前記終端セグメントを介し前記標的領域に入るかを示し、様々な注入点候補に対する前記薬物送達の割合を決めるのに使用される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流量決定手段はさらに、前記血管樹における様々な注入点候補に、前記体積流量率を逆投影するための誤差逆伝播手段を有する請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記流量決定手段は、注入点候補の評価のために使用される基準を決めることにより前記薬物送達の割合を決め、前記基準は、標的の栄養血管の体積流量率の合計を、体積流量率の総和で除算することにより決められる請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記流量決定手段はさらに、前記薬物が前記血管樹の夫々の前記終端セグメントの端部に位置する組織をどの程度傷つけるかを示す、重み付け係数で前記体積流量率を重み付けする重み付け手段を有する請求項2ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記識別手段は、前記標的領域において健康な組織を標的材料と区別し、健康な組織に栄養供給する前記血管樹の第1の終端セグメントを標的材料に栄養供給する前記血管樹の第2の終端セグメントと区別する請求項1に記載の装置。
- −前記流量決定手段は、前記血管樹における様々な注入点候補に注入した後、前記標的領域における前記標的及び周辺の健康な組織に送達される前記薬物材料の割合を決め、並びに
−前記選択手段は、前記標的への最も高い割合の薬物送達となると共に、健康な組織への損傷を最小にする前記注入点候補を最適な注入点として選択する
請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記識別手段は、前記標的又は前記標的領域を健康な組織及び標的材料の区画にセグメント化するセグメント化手段を有し、前記区画は前記血管樹の別々の終端セグメントにより栄養供給される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記識別手段は、前記標的領域を識別及び前記血管樹の栄養動脈により栄養供給される区画に分割する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記血管樹及び前記最適な注入点のしるしを表示する表示手段をさらに有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記表示手段はさらに、前記血管樹における前記血管樹の異なるセグメントに対する前記薬物送達の割合又は評価基準の個々の結果を表示する請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記流量決定手段はさらに、計測された体積流量率がどの位不確定であるかを示す、不確定係数で前記体積流量率を重み付けする重み付け手段を有する請求項2に記載の装置。
