Claims (9)
- 補聴器ユーザおよびフィッタとの間の相互セッションにおいて補聴器の初期フィッティングを実行し,
上記初期フィッティングの後の所定期間,上記補聴器の設定について上記補聴器ユーザによって修正された設定をユーザ要望設定としてログ中に記憶し,
上記ユーザ要望設定の評価のために上記ログを上記フィッタに送信し,
上記ユーザ要望設定を評価し,
上記評価で上記ユーザ要望設定が認容可能であることが判明した場合には,それに応じて上記補聴器の設定をファイナライジングし,または
上記評価で上記ユーザ要望設定が認容できないことが判明した場合には,
上記初期フィッティングにしたがって補聴器の設定をファイナライジングする,
ユーザとフィッタとの間の新規の相互セッションを実行する,もしくは
新規の所定期間の間,上記補聴器の設定について上記補聴器ユーザによって修正された設定をログ中に記憶する,
の中から選択される動作を実行する,補聴器のユーザ個別フィッティング方法であって,
適切なコードを上記補聴器に送信し,
上記コードは,
上記補聴器の上記設定が上記ユーザ要望設定にしたがってファイナライズされるべきものであること,
上記補聴器の上記設定が上記初期フィッティングにしたがってファイナライズされるべきものであること,
上記ユーザとフィッタとの間の新規の相互セッションが実行されるべきであること,または
上記補聴器の上記設定についての補聴器ユーザの修正が,新規の所定期間ログ中に記憶されるべきであること,
を表す,方法。 - 上記補聴器はネットワーク可能な補聴器であり,かつ上記ログは,データ・ネットワークによってユーザ要望設定の評価のためにフィッタに送信される,
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 上記コードも上記データ・ネットワークを介して送信される,請求項2に記載の方法。
- 上記データ・ネットワークはインターネットによって構成されている,請求項3に記載の方法。
- 上記設定は,少なくとも一の周波数帯域における最大利得を含む,請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記設定は,少なくとも一の周波数帯域における圧縮比を含む,請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記補聴器ユーザによるプログラムの使用を反映するデータも上記ログに含まれる,請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記ファイナライジングは,不使用プログラムの削除を含む,請求項7に記載の方法。
- 上記フィッタへのいずれのログ・ファイルの送信がなく上記期間が満了したときに,上記補聴器は上記初期フィッティングにしたがってファイナライズされる,請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
