Description
〔ヒータ15が断線していない場合〕
電源1からサイリスタ2を介してヒータ15に電力が供給される。サイリスタ2は、電力調整部5からのトリガー信号Dtにより、交流電圧のゼロクロス点近傍で所定周期及び所定パルス幅のオンオフ動作を行う。ヒータ15はそのときの電力に応じた発熱を行う。このとき、接続点P1−P2間に生じている実際電圧Vaは、下記(1)式で表すことができる。
〔ヒータ15が断線した場合〕
断線したヒータ15には、電源1からの電力が供給されない。このとき、図3における接続点P1−P2点間の実際電圧Va’は、下記(2)式で表すことができる。

Claims (1)
- 電気負荷の断線検出を行う断線検出装置(80)であって、
電源(1)に電気的に接続された第1電気負荷(15)と、
第1電気負荷(15)に電気的に並列接続された第2電気負荷(4)と、
第1電気負荷(15)が断線していない場合に第2電気負荷(4)の並列接続点(P1−P2)間に生じるはずの電圧である基準電圧(Vb)と、第2電気負荷(4)の並列接続点(P1−P2)間に実際に生じている電圧である実際電圧(Va)とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいて第1電気負荷(15)の断線状態を判定する比較判定手段(7)とを備える断線検出装置において、
電源(1)から第1電気負荷(15)に供給する電圧のオン率制御をゼロクロス制御方式で制御する制御手段(2,5)を備えたことを特徴とする断線検出装置。
