この実施例においては、高速SCD装置において使用するためのマゼンタトナーを調製する。
この実施例においては、高速SCD装置において使用するためのブラックトナーを調製する。
Claims (3)
- 一成分現像システムにおいて静電画像を現像するトナーであって、
スチレンアクリレートポリマーバインダと、少なくとも1種の離型剤と、少なくとも1種の着色剤と、を含む乳化凝集トナー粒子を含み、
前記トナー粒子が、5μm〜10μmの体積平均粒径と、0.95〜0.99の平均円形度と、1.10〜1.30の体積幾何学的標準偏差GSDvおよび数幾何学的標準偏差GSDn(GSDv&n)と、45℃〜65℃のガラス転移開始温度と、を有し、
前記乳化凝集トナー粒子は、その外側に形成された、スチレンアクリレートポリマーからなるシェル層をさらに含み、
前記シェル層のスチレンアクリレートポリマーが、前記スチレンアクリレートポリマーバインダのガラス転移温度よりも高い、または、低い、ガラス転移温度を有することを特徴とするトナー。 - 画像現像ステーションを含み、ハウジングを有する一成分現像システムであって、
前記ハウジングは、スチレンアクリレートポリマーバインダと、少なくとも1種の離型剤と、少なくとも1種の着色剤と、を含む乳化凝集トナー粒子を含むトナーを含む、静電画像を現像するための一成分現像剤を含み、
前記トナー粒子が、5μm〜10μmの体積平均粒径と、0.95〜0.99の平均円形度と、1.10〜1.30の体積幾何学的標準偏差および数幾何学的標準偏差(GSDv&n)と、45℃〜65℃のガラス転移開始温度と、を有し、
前記乳化凝集トナー粒子は、その外側に形成された、スチレンアクリレートポリマーからなるシェル層をさらに含み、
前記シェル層のスチレンアクリレートポリマーが、前記スチレンアクリレートポリマーバインダのガラス転移温度よりも高い、または、低い、ガラス転移温度を有し、
前記一成分現像剤が前記ハウジングから前記画像現像ステーションへ供給されることを特徴とするシステム。 - トナー粒子を含む一成分現像剤を用いて画像を形成する方法であって、
摩擦電荷を有するトナー粒子を画像形成部材の上の逆に荷電した潜像に塗布して、画像を現像する工程と、前記現像された画像を受像基材に転写する工程と、を含み、
前記トナー粒子が、スチレンアクリレートポリマーバインダと、少なくとも1種の離型剤と、少なくとも1種の着色剤と、を含む乳化凝集トナー粒子からなり、
かつ前記トナー粒子が、5μm〜10μmの体積平均粒径と、0.95〜0.99の平均円形度と、1.10〜1.30の体積幾何学的標準偏差および数幾何学的標準偏差(GSDv&n)と、45℃〜65℃のガラス転移開始温度と、を有し、
前記乳化凝集トナー粒子は、その外側に形成された、スチレンアクリレートポリマーからなるシェル層をさらに含み、
前記シェル層のスチレンアクリレートポリマーが、前記スチレンアクリレートポリマーバインダのガラス転移温度よりも高い、または、低い、ガラス転移温度を有することを特徴とする方法。
