Description
Claims (29)
- (a)投与すべき薬剤流体を保持するようになされた出口ポート付き貯液容器、および、前記出口ポートを通して前記貯液容器から流体を射出するためのプランジャーを有する第一注射器と、
(b)非圧縮性流体を収容するようになされた出口ポート付き貯液容器、および、この第二の貯液容器から非圧縮性流体を射出するためのプランジャーを有する第二注射器と、
(c)前記第二注射器における前記貯液容器の前記出口ポートに連結された流量制御装置と、
(d)前記第二注射器の前記プランジャーを前記第一注射器の前記プランジャーに連結するリンク部材と、
(e)前記第二注射器の前記プランジャーに作動可能に連結され、概ね一定の力を前記流量制御装置を通して前記非圧縮性流体を射出する方向に前記第二注射器の前記プランジャーに与える一定付勢力ばねと、
(f)前記第一および第二注射器を並列状態で保持するハウジング部材とを含む流体投与装置。 - 前記流量制御装置が、非圧縮性流体流に対して所定の抵抗を有する一定長の管状体を含む請求項1に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記管状体を出た前記非圧縮性流体を受入れるために前記管状体に連結された集合室を更に含む請求項2に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記第二注射器における前記貯液容器の前記出口ポートと前記一定長の管状体との間に配設された止めコックを更に含む請求項2に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記第一注射器における前記貯液容器の前記出口ポートが患者の体内に流体を注入するための装置に連結されている請求項1に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記第一注射器における前記貯液容器内の流体が薬液である請求項5に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記流量制御装置が流量選択器を更に含む請求項1に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記流量選択器が、
(a)直線形管状バルブ・ブロックであって、該直線形管状バルブ・ブロックに形成された長手方向の孔内を滑動可能な移動ピストンを有し、このピストンは、いずれも対をなす第一および第二のポートを過ぎて移動して、前記対をなす第一および第二のポートの一つを選択的に閉止し、また、前記長手方向の孔が前記第二注射器の前記出口ポートと流動回路で連結されて成る前記線形管状バルブ・ブロックと、
(b)前記対をなす第一のポートを互いに連結する第一の流量制御部材と、
(c)前記対をなす第二のポートを互いに連結する第二の流量制御部材と、
(d)全流量の遮断、単位流量の供給、単位流量の1/2倍の供給、または、単位流量の2倍の供給を選択的に行う働きを有する前記移動ピストンとを含む請求項7に記載された流体投与装置。 - 前記バルブ・ブロックが前記孔の所定部分に沿って長手方向に延在する半径方向溝を含む請求項8に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記流量選択器が、
円筒形の孔と流体連通する入口を有する部材であって、前記孔を画成する壁が所定のピッチと深さを有するねじを含む前記部材と、
前記孔の壁におけるねじと所定間隙で螺合するねじを外面に有するロッドであって、該ロッドの調整によって前記入口に流入して前記間隙を通過する流体の流れに対する抵抗を変化させるようになっている前記ロッドとを含む請求項7に記載された流体投与装置。 - 前記流量選択器が、
入口ポート、出口ポート、および、複数の半径方向に配置された中間ポートを有する環状マニホルドと、
所定の対をなす前記複数の中間ポートの間に作動可能に連結された流動抵抗部材と、
環状マニホルドと同芯的に配置された回転部材であって、該回転部材が回転する際に、前記入口ポートから前記出口ポートへ向かう流体流を選択的に許容し、また、遮断するための通路を有する前記回転部材とを含む請求項7に記載された流体投与装置。 - 二つの流動抵抗部材を、前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートの間で直列および並列で選択的に配置するように前記回転部材を位置決めできるようになっている請求項11に記載された流体投与装置。
- 単一の流動抵抗部材を、前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートの間に選択的に配置するように前記回転部材を位置決めできるようになっている請求項11に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記第二注射器における前記貯液容器の前記出口ポートに連結された圧力表示器を更に含む請求項1に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記ばねが、二重コイルから成る一定付勢力ばね、および、一定トルクの渦巻きばねのうちのいずれか一方を含む請求項1に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記第一および第二の流量制御部材の各々が、一定流動抵抗を有する部材を含む請求項8に記載された流体投与装置。
- 流動抵抗の一定した部材が毛細管であって、その長さおよび内径を基本として所定の流動抵抗を有する毛細管である請求項16に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記一定流動抵抗を有する部材が、多孔質部材、および、オリフィスのうちのいずれか一方である請求項16に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記ばねが、二重コイルから成る一定付勢力ばね、および、一定トルクの渦巻きばねのうちのいずれか一方を含む請求項8に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記一定付勢力ばね、および、前記一定トルクばねのうちのいずれか一方が、所望投与流量に対する時間パターンにしたがって前記第二注射器の前記プランジャーが動く速度を変化させるための形状プロフィルを有する請求項19に記載された流体投与装置。
- (a)投与すべき薬剤流体を保持するようになされた出口ポート付き貯液容器、および、前記出口ポートを通して前記貯液容器から流体を射出するためのプランジャーを有する第一注射器と、
(b)非圧縮性流体を収容するようになされた出口ポート付き貯液容器、および、この第二の貯液容器から非圧縮性流体を射出するためのプランジャーを有する第二注射器と、
(c)前記第二注射器における前記貯液容器の前記出口ポートに連結された流量制御装置と、
(d)前記第二注射器の前記プランジャーを前記第一注射器の前記プランジャーに連結するリンク部材と、
(e)前記第二注射器の前記プランジャーに作動可能に連結され、概ね一定の力を前記流量制御装置を通して前記非圧縮性流体を射出する方向に前記第二注射器の前記プランジャーに与えるばねと、
(f)加圧状態にある非圧縮性流体を前記第二注射器の前記貯液容器内に導くためのポンプと、
(g)前記第一および第二注射器を並列状態で保持するハウジング部材とを含む流体投与装置。 - 前記ポンプが、
出口ポートを有する貯液容器、および、前記貯液容器内を往復移動可能なプランジャーを有する第三の注射器と、
前記第三の注射器における前記プランジャーの吸入行程時に、前記第三の注射器における前記貯液容器の前記出口を通して該貯液容器内に液体を流入させるための第一の一方向バルブと、
前記第三の注射器における前記プランジャーの排出行程時に、前記第二注射器の前記出口ポートを通して、該第二注射器の前記貯液容器内に前記第三の注射器の前記貯液容器からの前記液体の流入を許す第二の一方向バルブとを含む請求項21に記載された流体投与装置。 - 前記ハウジング部材が、基部と、該基部にヒンジ結合された蓋を有する請求項21に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記流量制御装置が、所定内径と一定長を有する管状体、多孔質部材、および、所定面積を有するオリフィスのうちのいずれか一つを含む請求項21に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記流量制御装置を通って流れる流体を保持するために前記流量制御装置に連結された集合室を更に含む請求項24に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記第二注射器における前記貯液容器の前記出口ポートと前記流量制御装置との間に配置された止めコックを更に含む請求項24に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記流量制御装置が流量選択器を含む請求項24に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記流量選択器が直線的に移動可能な選択部材を含む請求項27に記載された流体投与装置。
- 前記流量選択器が回転式選択部材を含む請求項27に記載された流体投与装置。
