Description
Claims (6)
- 液体用のタンクの内部に設置され、前記タンクの内部の前記液体のレベルおよび密度を測定するための装置であって、
前記タンクの内部にほぼ垂直に配置される磁歪トランスデューサーと、
下側の基部と、前記基部の周辺に沿ってほぼ連続的に延び、キャビティーを形成するほぼ円筒状の上側の部分とを含む液体の密度センシングフロートであって、当該密度センシングフロートは磁石を含み、さらに、前記基部は前記トランスデューサーがスライド可能に入る孔を備えた、密度センシングフロートと、
前記キャビティーの内部にスライド可能に配置されている液体のレベルセンシングフロートであって、前記トランスデューサーがスライド可能に入る孔を備え、さらに、磁石を含む、レベルセンシングフロートと、
前記トランスデューサーと組み合わされて、複数の前記磁石の前記トランスデューサーに対する相対的な位置を求めるための回路とを有する装置。 - 請求項1において、前記密度センシングフロートは、4インチの開口を通して前記タンクに入る大きさである、装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記上側の部分は、実質的に円筒状である、装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかにおいて、前記タンクは、地下の液体貯蔵用のタンクである、装置。
- 液体の高さおよび密度を測定するためのシステムであって、
前記液体を貯蔵し、さらに、呼び径4インチの開口を備えているタンクと、
前記タンクの内部にほぼ垂直に配置される磁歪トランスデューサーと、
下側の基部と、前記基部の周辺に沿って実質的に連続的に延び、キャビティーを形成するほぼ円筒状の上側の部分とを含む液体の密度センシングフロートであって、当該密度センシングフロートは磁石を含み、さらに、前記基部は前記トランスデューサーがスライド可能に入る孔を備えた、密度センシングフロートと、
前記キャビティーの内部にスライド可能に配置されている液体のレベルセンシングフロートであって、前記トランスデューサーがスライド可能に入る孔を備え、さらに、磁石を含む、レベルセンシングフロートと、
前記トランスデューサーと組み合わされて、複数の前記磁石の前記トランスデューサーに対する相対的な位置を求めるための回路とを有する、システム。 - 請求項5において、前記タンクは地下貯蔵用のタンクである、システム。
