Claims (6)
- 絶縁体の表面に設ける個別の電極を互いに間隔を置いて1列に配置した第1電極列と、
前記第1電極列の互いに隣接する個別の電極を接続するように配置してなる個別の電極を、互いに間隔を置いて1列に配置した第2電極列とからなり、
前記第1電極列と第2電極列を平面上で隣接させて設け、高温場により前記絶縁体と電極との熱膨張差により電極が絶縁体から剥離しようとする力が作用すると隣接する電極の接触部分で熱膨張差を吸収することを特徴とする高温場用フレキシブル電極。 - 前記第1電極列と第2電極列からなる1列の電極を、互いに間隔を置いて2列配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温場用フレキシブル電極。
- 前記第1電極列と第2電極列からなる1列の電極をリング状に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温場用フレキシブル電極。
- 前記第1電極列の個別の電極をコ字状に形成し、前記第2電極列の個別の電極を逆コ字状に形成し、互いに突出する腕部分を電極列の軸線方向に対して直角方向に重ねて、全体として1列の電極としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温場用フレキシブル電極。
- 絶縁体の表面に設ける略数字の2の形状をなす個別の電極を、隣接する個別の電極の前端部と後端部が電極列の軸線方向に対して直角方向に重ねて、全体として1列の電極としたものであって、
高温場により前記絶縁体と電極との熱膨張差により電極が絶縁体から剥離しようとする力が作用すると隣接する電極の接触部分で熱膨張差を吸収することを特徴とする高温場用フレキシブル電極。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の高温場用フレキシブル電極を、絶縁体の表面に設けた表面側電極と、絶縁体の裏面に設けた裏面側電極との間に高電界を発生させ、絶縁体表面に表面プラズマを発生する表面プラズマ発生装置の表面側電極に用いたことを特徴とする高温場用フレキシブル電極。
