坂口智也・赤松良信,「玉軸受の振動シミュレーション」,NTNテクニカルジャーナル(NTN TECHNICAL JOURNAL ),No69,2001,P69−75) トライボロジー学会トライボロジー会議予稿集(2001-11 )291.
この理由は、加工機の振動が軸受の形状誤差となり、一般に高次の振動ほど振幅は小さいためである。したがって、加工面の形状誤差の振幅は角数とともに減少する。
すなわち、これら角数nと振幅rを対数変換して、
角数nからX=Log (n)、
n角の振幅rnからY=Log (rn)、
を定義し、
その回帰直線Y=aX+bを求めた場合に、
各XにおけるYの回帰直線からの偏差δと標準偏差σとの比δ/ σが4未満となる関係とする。
なお、軌道輪の転動面は、軌道輪の軌道面のことである。
角数nからX=Log (n)、
n角の振幅rnからY=Log (rn)、
を定義し、
その回帰直線Y=aX+bを求めた場合に、
各XにおけるYの回帰直線からの偏差δと標準偏差σとの比δ/ σが4未満となる関係とする。
なお、aは回帰直線の傾きを示す定数、bは回帰直線のY軸切片となる定数である。
なお、この実施形態では、内輪2、外輪3、および転動体4の全てにつき、うねりの角数nと振幅rの関係を、比δ/ σが4未満となる関係としたが、内輪2、外輪3、および転動体4のうちの少なくとも一つ以上を上記の関係とすれば良い。
図中には回帰直線を示した。9角の振幅が卓越していることが分かる。
x軸およびy軸をX=Log x,Y=Log yに変数変換した結果を図4に示す。
このX−Y座標において、各Xに対するYの回帰線からの偏差δおよび標準偏差σを算出する。
図3にその関係を示す。9角のうねりの振幅の偏差と標準偏差の比が4を超えていることが分かる。
この測定条件ならびに解析条件は、軸受の種類や軸受部品の種類を問わず同一として問題ない。
すなわち、内輪2、外輪3、転動体4等の転動面におけるうねりのハーモニック解析を行い、角数nと振幅rの関係式として、角数nからX=Log (n)とし、n角の振幅rnからY=Log (rn)と変数変換して、その回帰直線Y=aX+bを求め、各XにおけるYの回帰直線からの偏差δを標準偏差σで無次元化し、その無次元値である比δ/ σを4未満となるものを適正品とするので、卓越した周波数の音の発生が抑制でき、軸受の音響品質が向上する。

Claims (3)
- すきま状態で使用する転がり軸受における内輪、外輪、及び転動体の全てにおける転動面の断面形状につき、真円に対するうねりの角数n(nは任意の自然数)と振幅rの関係として、これら角数nと振幅rを対数変換して、
角数nからX=Log (n)、
n角の振幅rnからY=Log (rn)、
を定義し、
その回帰直線Y=aX+bを求めた場合に、
各XにおけるYの回帰直線からの偏差δと標準偏差σとの比δ/ σが4未満となる関係となる転がり軸受を適正品とすることを特徴とする、
転がり軸受の分別方法。 - 請求項1において、前記転がり軸受が保持器を有する玉軸受である転がり軸受の分別方法。
- 請求項1または請求項2において、前記うねりの角数nおよび振幅rは、前記転動部品の転動面の形状を測定した真円に対する振れ量の測定信号をハーモニック解析して得られる数値である転がり軸受の分別方法。
