本発明は、円筒容器の底部にカッターを取り付けた回転板を配設し、円筒状容器内に投入した生ゴミを短時間で破砕処理する装置に関する。

従来、生ゴミを分解、消滅処理するのに発酵菌を用い、これらを培養したものを添加したものは公知である。
又、容器内中心に回転刃を配設し生ゴミを破砕する装置も公知である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術は何れもバッチ式で、破砕終了後容器内の処理物をその度に取り出さねばならず作業性が悪く、又、大小屑ゴミが小さく均一の大きさにするまで長時間かけなければならないという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、円筒容器の内周壁に底部に向かうスパイラル状の固定刃を複数個取り付け、底部に円錐状斜面を有する複数個の回転刃を中心対称に固定した回転板を回転自在に配設し、円筒容器の周壁下端に排出口を設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図示した実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1乃至図5は本発明の第1実施例である。1は容器で、2は生ゴミ破砕円筒容器で、該生ゴミ粉砕円筒容器の内周壁に数個の固定刃3が固定されている。4は底部に配設された斜状の回転板で、複数個の回転刃5が中心対称に配設されている。6はモータで、回転板4の中心軸8とモータ軸9がベルト10で連動している。11は生ゴミ投入口である。12は回転板4最下端位置と円筒容器2との間に形成した排出口である。

次に作用について説明する。
回転板4を回転させ、回転板4が最大回転になった時(約2秒後)生ゴミを投入口11より投入する。生ゴミは回転板4の遠心力と生ゴミの重力により底部周辺に集まり、固定刃3に当り破砕される。この時、固定刃3と回転刃5とはハサミで物を切る時の様に傾度をもたすことが大事で、この傾度がないと生ゴミは跳ね返るのみで破砕しないこともある。円筒容器2の固定刃3は下方に向うスパイラル状にしておくと生ゴミを大量に投入した時、生ゴミを下方にガイドする効果を有する。破砕が完了し流動状になった生ゴミは回転板4と円筒容器2との隙間の排出口12より排出される。

固定刃3の角度が0°に近づくと破砕処理時間は速くなるが削りは粗くなり、逆に固定刃3の角度が30°に近づくと固定刃が試料に喰い込みにくゝなり飛び跳ねていた。そのため、1回の削り量は少しづつで破砕処理時間が遅くなった。 回転刃5が10°、固定刃3が10°の時にじゃがいもが小さくなり、回転刃5の上に乗って身動きのとれない状態になった。それを回転刃5の上から落してみたところ回転刃5の上に乗ることなく全て破砕した。この原因は、回転刃5の角度が水平に近かったことと、回転刃5の上に破砕屑が乗っていてそれがちょうど良い押えになっていたことが考えられる。
従って、屑を押える効果を装着するとよいが、それには上部から外力で押えて行くか、又は固定刃3を長くしスパイラル状にすれば良い。処理時間、破砕屑の状態が一番良かったのは回転刃5が20°、固定刃3が10°と15°であった。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、円筒容器の内周壁に固定刃を取り付け、底部に傾斜面を有し回転刃を固定した回転板を回転自在に配設し、周壁下端に排出口を設けてあるので、固定刃と回転刃の間に屑が挟み込まれ生ゴミを短時間で破砕でき、又、破砕した生ゴミをその都度排出することなく、ほぼ同じ大きさに砕かれ自動的に排出できるので連続作業が行え効率よく行うことができる。
