Claims (5)
- ターボ機械部品(10)の円筒形部分とテーパ部分との間の結合ゾーンのプロファイルを検査する方法であって、部品の表面プロファイルは、部品のテーパ部分に対応する少なくとも1つの第1ゾーン(Z1、Z5)と、部品の円筒形部分とテーパ部分との結合部に対応する少なくとも1つの第2ゾーン(Z2、Z4)と、部品の円筒形部分に対応する第3ゾーン(Z3)とにより、幾何学的に画定され、
この方法は、
−部品の表面プロファイルを測定するステップ(20)と、
−測定された表面プロファイルから、そのゾーンのそれぞれに対する部品の表面に加えられる接触圧力をモデル化するステップ(30)と、
−部品の表面プロファイルの第2ゾーン(Z2、Z4)に対してモデル化された接触圧力を、所定のしきい値と比較するステップ(40)とを含み、
部品がターボ機械ローラベアリングのローラ(10)であり、接触圧力をモデル化するステップ(30)に先立って、ローラとその軌道との間の接触の可能性のあるゾーンが、ローラの縦軸(X−X)のまわりで測定された表面プロファイルを回転することにより生成されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 部品の測定された表面プロファイルが、粗さ測定装置により得られる複数のデジタル信号の形を取り、前記信号を処理して部品の幾何学的な表面プロファイルを示す幾何学座標を有する複数の点を得る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接触圧力をモデル化するステップ(30)が、2つの弾性体の間の接触部における表面圧力の計算に基づいている、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 所定のしきい値が、部品の表面プロファイルの第3ゾーン(Z3)に対してモデル化された接触圧力の関数である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 所定のしきい値が部品の軸方向長さの関数である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
