Description
従って、潤滑油組成物に対する高い潤滑性能への要求を満たしながら、封止材料の封止特性の低下を引き起こしにくい潤滑油組成物が求められている。
a)窒素含有量換算値として0.01〜0.3質量%となる量のアルケニルもしくはアルキルこはく酸イミドあるいはその誘導体である窒素含有無灰性分散剤;
b)金属含有量換算値として0.001〜0.1質量%となるマンニッヒ塩基構造を有するアルキルフェノール誘導体のアルカリ金属塩もしくはアルカリ土類金属塩である金属含有清浄剤;
c)リン含有量換算値として0.001〜0.5質量%となる、ジヒドロカルビルジチオリン酸亜鉛、ジヒドロカルビルリン酸亜鉛、リン酸エステル、亜リン酸エステル、およびチオリン酸エステルからなる群より選ばれるリン含有有機化合物;そして
d)金属含有量換算値として1.0質量%以下となる量のアルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属のサリシレート、カルボキシレート、フェネート、およびスルホネートからなる群より選ばれる金属含有清浄剤;
ただし、d)のアルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属のサリシレート、カルボキシレート、フェネート、およびスルホネートからなる群より選ばれる金属含有清浄剤の添加量と、b)のマンニッヒ塩基構造を有するアルキルフェノール誘導体のアルカリ金属塩もしくはアルカリ土類金属塩の添加量との比率が、金属含有量換算値の比率として1:0.003〜1:1の範囲にある。
(1)上記a)の窒素含有無灰性分散剤が、アルケニルもしくはアルキルこはく酸イミドあるいはその誘導体である。
(2)上記b)のマンニッヒ塩基構造を有するアルキルフェノール誘導体のアルカリ金属塩もしくはアルカリ土類金属塩が、下記の式を有する化合物である:
(4)上記a)の窒素含有無灰性分散剤の添加量が窒素含有量換算値として0.01〜0.1質量%となる量である。
(5)上記b)のマンニッヒ塩基構造を有するアルキルフェノール誘導体のアルカリ金属塩もしくはアルカリ土類金属塩の添加量が、窒素含有量換算値として0.002〜0.1質量%となる量である。
(6)上記c)のリン含有有機化合物の添加量がリン含有量換算値として0.01〜0.2質量%となる量である。
(8)上記のアルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属のサリシレート、カルボキシレート、フェネート、およびスルホネートからなる群より選ばれる金属含有清浄剤の添加量と、b)のマンニッヒ塩基構造を有するアルキルフェノール誘導体のアルカリ金属塩もしくはアルカリ土類金属塩の添加量との比率が、金属含有量換算値の比率として1:0.003〜1:1(前者:後者)の範囲にある。
(10)さらに、アルカリ金属ホウ酸塩が2質量%以下となる量にて添加されている。
(11)さらに、ヒンダードフェノール化合物およびジアリールアミン化合物からなる群より選ばれる酸化防止剤が5質量%以下となる量にて添加されている。
(13)基油が、ASTM D−5800に従って測定した蒸発損失が17質量%以下、飽和成分含有量が90質量%以上、芳香族成分含有量が10質量%以下、硫黄分が0.01質量%以下、そして粘度指数が120以上の鉱物油を少なくとも10質量%含有する基油である。
(14)潤滑油組成物のSAE粘度グレードが0W20、0W30、5W20、5W30、あるいは10W30である。
(1)添加剤
分散剤A:エチレンカーボネート処理こはく酸イミド系分散剤(窒素含量:1.0質量%、塩素含量:30質量ppm、数平均分子量が約2300のポリブテン(50%以上のメチルビニリデン構造を有するもの)と無水マレイン酸とから熱反応法で製造したものに、平均窒素原子数が6.5個(1分子当り)のポリアルキレンポリアミンを反応させて得たビス型のこはく酸イミドを炭酸エチレンで反応処理したもの)
清浄剤B:過塩基性硫化カルシウムフェネート(Ca:9.25質量%、S:3.4質量%、TBN:255mgKOH/g)
清浄剤C:過塩基性カルシウムスルホネート(Ca:16.1質量%、TBN:425mgKOH/g)
清浄剤D:塩基性カルシウムスルホネート(Ca:2.35質量%、TBN:17mgKOH/g)
ZnDTP−2:ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛(P:7.3質量%、Zn:8.4質量%、S:14質量%、原料として炭素原子数8の第一級アルコールを使用)
Mo化合物:硫黄含有オキシモリブデン−こはく酸イミド錯体化合物(Mo:5.5質量%、S:0.2質量%、N:1.6質量%、TBN:10mgKOH/g)
アルカリ金属ホウ酸塩:ホウ酸カリウム水和物の微粒子分散体(K:8.3質量%、B:6.8質量%、S:0.26質量%、TBN:125mgKOH/g)
流動点降下剤(PPD):ポリメタクリレート系化合物
100℃における動粘度が4.9mm2/sで、粘度指数が103、蒸発損失(ASTM D5800)が13質量%、硫黄含有量が0.19質量%、飽和成分が70重量%の溶剤精製基油Aと、100℃における動粘度が10.8mm2/sで、粘度指数が97、蒸発損失(ASTM D5800)が2.3質量%、硫黄含有量が0.22質量%、飽和成分68重量%の溶剤精製基油Bとを88:12の質量比にて混合したもの。
本発明に従う潤滑油組成物を、下記の添加剤成分と基油成分とを用いて、SAE10W30の粘度グレードを示すように調製した。なお、潤滑油組成物中の各元素(Ca、P、N)の含有量、潤滑油組成物中の各分散剤に起因する窒素含有量と清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)に起因する窒素含有量との比、そして潤滑油組成物中の全清浄剤に起因する金属含有量に対する清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)に起因する金属含有量との比も記載した。

(4)潤滑油組成物中の各分散剤に起因する窒素含有量と清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)に起因する窒素含有量との比:(1:0.1、前者:後者)
(5)潤滑油組成物中の全清浄剤に起因する金属含有量に対する清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)に起因する金属含有量との比:(1:0.04、前者:後者)
実施例1において、清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)の添加量を1.16質量%(カルシウム含有量換算値:0.03質量%、窒素含有量換算値:0.018質量%)に変え、基油の使用量を組成物全体で100質量%となるように調製した以外は、同じ操作を行なうことにより、本発明に従う潤滑油組成物を10W30の粘度グレードを示す潤滑油組成物として調製した。なお、潤滑油組成物中の各元素(Ca、P、N)の含有量、潤滑油組成物中の各分散剤に起因する窒素含有量と清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)に起因する窒素含有量との比、そして潤滑油組成物中の全清浄剤に起因する金属含有量に対する清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)に起因する金属含有量との比は次の通りである。
カルシウム(Ca):0.26質量%、リン(P):0.10質量%、窒素(N):0.09質量%
(2)潤滑油組成物中の各分散剤に起因する窒素含有量と清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)に起因する窒素含有量との比:(1:0.3、前者:後者)
(3)潤滑油組成物中の全清浄剤に起因する金属含有量に対する清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)に起因する金属含有量との比:(1:0.12、前者:後者)
実施例1において、清浄剤A(マンニッヒ塩基カルシウムフェネート)を添加せず、基油の使用量を組成物全体で100質量%となるように調製した以外は、同じ操作を行なうことにより、比較用の潤滑油組成物を10W30の粘度グレードを示す潤滑油組成物として調製した。なお、潤滑油組成物中の各元素(Ca、P、N)の含有量は次の通りである。
(1)潤滑油組成物中の各元素の含有量
カルシウム(Ca):0.23質量%、リン(P):0.10質量%、窒素(N):0.07質量%
シールゴム適合性試験(CEC−L−39−T−96)に従い、RE2−99(アクリルゴム)試験片を150℃の試験油に7日間浸漬し、浸漬前後のゴム試験片の物性の変化により、ゴム試験片の劣化の程度を評価した。試験結果を下記の第1表に示す。また、併せて、JASO(日本自動車工業会)M355−2005のシーラントについての合格基準を記載する。

Claims (5)
- 潤滑油組成物の全質量に基づき、少なくとも下記の化合物を潤滑油粘度の基油に添加してなるアクリルゴムシーラントと接触する潤滑油供給系で用いられる潤滑油組成物:
a)窒素含有量換算値として0.01〜0.3質量%となる量のアルケニルもしくはアルキルこはく酸イミドあるいはその誘導体である窒素含有無灰性分散剤;
b)金属含有量換算値として0.001〜0.1質量%となるマンニッヒ塩基構造を有するアルキルフェノール誘導体のアルカリ金属塩もしくはアルカリ土類金属塩である金属含有清浄剤;
c)リン含有量換算値として0.001〜0.5質量%となる、ジヒドロカルビルジチオリン酸亜鉛、ジヒドロカルビルリン酸亜鉛、リン酸エステル、亜リン酸エステル、およびチオリン酸エステルからなる群より選ばれるリン含有有機化合物;そして
d)金属含有量換算値として1.0質量%以下となる量のアルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属のサリシレート、カルボキシレート、フェネート、およびスルホネートからなる群より選ばれる金属含有清浄剤;
ただし、d)のアルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属のサリシレート、カルボキシレート、フェネート、およびスルホネートからなる群より選ばれる金属含有清浄剤の添加量と、b)のマンニッヒ塩基構造を有するアルキルフェノール誘導体のアルカリ金属塩もしくはアルカリ土類金属塩の添加量との比率が、金属含有量換算値の比率として1:0.003〜1:1の範囲にある。 - a)の窒素含有無灰性分散剤の添加量が窒素含有量換算値として0.01〜0.1質量%となる量である請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- a)の窒素含有無灰性分散剤に由来する窒素含有量とb)の金属含有清浄剤のマンニッヒ塩基に由来する窒素含有量とが、前者対後者の比として1:0.005〜1:2の範囲にある請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 基油が、ASTM D−5800に従って測定した蒸発損失が17質量%以下、飽和成分含有量が90質量%以上、芳香族成分含有量が10質量%以下、硫黄分が0.01質量%以下、そして粘度指数が120以上の鉱物油を少なくとも10質量%含有する基油である請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
