図1A及び1Bは一実施例の流路切換えバルブの概略構成図を示し、図1Aと図1Bはステータとボディ部のいずれかを回転させて、弾性部材であるコイルばねのストロークを変化させた2つの状態を示している。図1Aはストロークを短くした状態、図1Bはストロークを長くした状態を表している。図2A,2Bは同実施例におけるステータを表し、図3A,3Bはボディ部、図3Cはボディ部内に配置されるロータを表している。
図4は他の実施例を示したものである。ボディ部27内に配置されるロータ15及びシャフト25を示している。図の上面側がステータ11との接触面である。ロータ15にはステータの流路接続部を連通する溝21が設けられている。この実施例は、ステータ11とボディ部27の間は固定されたままであるが、ロータ15とシャフト25との接合面が着脱可能である。
Claims (2)
- ボディ部と、
複数の流路が接続され、前記流路のそれぞれに接続される流通口を1つの平面にもち、前記平面が内側になるように前記ボディ部に取りつけられたステータと、
前記ボディ部内に配置され、前記ステータの前記平面に接触する接触平面をもち、該接触平面には前記ステータの流通口の内の2つを連通させる少なくとも1つの溝をもち、前記ボディ部を貫通するシャフトの先端に取りつけられて、該シャフトの回転により回転して前記溝により連通すべき前記流通口を切り換えるロータと、
前記ボディ部内に圧縮状態で収納され、前記ロータを前記ステータ方向に付勢する弾性部材と、
互いに嵌合する凹凸部からなり、該凹凸部が嵌合した状態の固定位置と該嵌合が外れた状態の固定位置との間で前記弾性部材のストロークを変えることにより前記ロータを前記ステータに押し付ける付勢力を調整する調整機構と、
を備え、
前記ステータと前記ボディ部の接合面が固定部材により着脱可能に固定されており、
前記調整機構の前記凹凸部は前記接合面に形成され、前記ステータと前記ボディ部との間の相対的な回転により、前記凹凸部が嵌合した状態の固定位置と該嵌合が外れた状態の固定位置との間で前記ストロークが変化させられるものである流路切換えバルブ。 - ボディ部と、
複数の流路が接続され、前記流路のそれぞれに接続される流通口を1つの平面にもち、前記平面が内側になるように前記ボディ部に取りつけられたステータと、
前記ボディ部内に配置され、前記ステータの前記平面に接触する接触平面をもち、該接触平面には前記ステータの流通口の内の2つを連通させる少なくとも1つの溝をもち、前記ボディ部を貫通するシャフトの先端に取りつけられて、該シャフトの回転により回転して前記溝により連通すべき前記流通口を切り換えるロータと、
前記ボディ部内に圧縮状態で収納され、前記ロータを前記ステータ方向に付勢する弾性部材と、
互いに嵌合する凹凸部からなり、該凹凸部が嵌合した状態の固定位置と該嵌合が外れた状態の固定位置との間で前記弾性部材のストロークを変えることにより前記ロータを前記ステータに押し付ける付勢力を調整する調整機構と、
を備え、
前記ロータと前記シャフトの接合面が固定部材により着脱可能に固定されており、
前記調整機構の前記凹凸部は前記接合面に形成され、前記ロータと前記シャフトとの間の相対的な回転により、前記凹凸部が嵌合した状態の固定位置と該嵌合が外れた状態の固定位置との間で前記ストロークが変化させられるものである流路切換えバルブ。
