Claims (4)
- それぞれ別に作製した第1端子と第2端子の基端平板部同士を接合して一体構造の複合端子を製造する複合端子の製造方法であって、
前記基端平板部を連結部によりキャリーに連結した連鎖状の形態で複数の前記第1端子を作製する工程と、
前記第2端子を1個ずつ独立した形態に作製する工程と、
前記キャリー上の前記各第1端子の基端平板部に、前記独立した形態に作製した第2端子の基端平板部を重ねて、基端平板部同士を接合する工程と、
接合後に、前記第2端子の基端平板部に形成した窓部から、前記第1端子を前記キャリーに連結している前記連結部を切断することにより、前記第1端子と第2端子が合体した構造の複合端子を前記キャリーから切り離す工程と、
を具備することを特徴とする複合端子の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の複合端子の製造方法であって、
前記第1端子がメス端子、前記第2端子がオス端子であり、各先端側を反対方向に向けて、メス端子の基端平板部とオス端子の基端平板部を接合することを特徴とする複合端子の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の複合端子の製造方法であって、
前記第1端子と第2端子の基端平板部同士を、一方の基端平板部の両側縁に設けた加締片を、該一方の基端平板部上に重ねた他方の基端平板部の上に折り曲げて加締めることにより接合することを特徴とする複合端子の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の複合端子の製造方法であって、
前記第1端子と第2端子の基端平板部同士を、一方の基端平板部に設けた突起部を、一方の基端平板部上に重ねた他方の基端平板部に設けた貫通孔内に挿入した上で、該突起部の先端を押し潰して拡大部を形成して、該拡大部と前記一方の基端平板部との間に前記他方の基端平板部を挟むことで接合することを特徴とする複合端子の製造方法。
