Claims (3)
- メルトマスフローレイト0.1以上〜1.6未満であるLLDPE(A)42〜43wt%と,同じく1.6以上〜10以下であるLLDPE(B)20〜22wt%と,カリウムアイオノマー樹脂に多価アルコールをグラフトさせて得られる多価アルコール変性カリウムアイオノマー樹脂23〜25wt%と,HDPE10〜11wt%とシリカ系アンチブロッキング剤0.5〜1.0wt%を配合してなる組成物から成り,
前記組成物をシリンダー温度145〜185℃,ダイス温度172〜191℃,吐出量50kg/hr以下でインフレーション成形されていると共に,
FDA規格に適合することを特徴とする食品,医薬品包装用非帯電性包装材料。 - 請求項1記載の組成物をシリンダー温度145〜185℃,ダイス温度172〜191℃,吐出量50kg/hr以下でインフレーション成形することを特徴とする食品,医薬品包装用非帯電性包装材料の製造方法。
- 表面固有抵抗を前記包装材料内面:外面で,それぞれ,1.0×1011Ω/Sq〜9.9×1010Ω/Sq:1.1×1011Ω/Sq〜7.3×1010Ω/Sqと成すポリマータイプ帯電防止剤を10〜40質量%含有しているとともに,前記包装材料の米軍規格(MIL)に基づく電荷の減衰時間が,5000V印加電圧から50V迄減衰するに要する時間において+側・−側で,それぞれ,2秒以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品,医薬品包装用非帯電性包装材料。
