Description
ものを作成することができる。本発明において使用される感温変色性物質は、常態においては、所定の色を示しているが、所定温度以上となると異なる色を示すこととなる。そして可逆性の熱変色性物質を用いた場合には、所定温度より低温になると、元の色に戻る。
例えば、熱変色性物質の色の変化としては、常態において、赤、白、青、緑、黒、黄等の色の熱変色性物質が、加熱により透明又は半透明に変色することが挙げられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。
以下、本発明の一実施態様を図1、図2、図4、図5に示し説明する。
1−Cは、1−A及び1−Bにおいて、a−aでの断面での構成を示している。電気絶縁成形体100上に粘着又は接着する接着層106を介して、不可逆性感温変色体110の補強膜以外の部分120が付設してあり、それを補強膜104がカバーして保護している。
補強膜104のカバー時にその溶剤による接着層106の侵食を回避するために、高粘度の接着剤による介在保護層105が存在している。この様にすることで、不可逆性感温変色体110及び補強膜104の電気絶縁成形体100への密着性が強化され、剥れる不具合が回避されている。

Claims (6)
- 成形された樹脂からなる電気絶縁成形体の表面に、貼り付け又は、印刷又は塗布により形成された不可逆性感温変色体を有し、前記不可逆性感温変色体は、少なくとも温度により色が不可逆的に変化する不可逆性感温変色層と、これをカバーし、前記電気絶縁成形体への前記不可逆性感温変色体の密着性を備えるための介在保護層及び補強膜とを有し、前記介在保護層は、少なくとも前記不可逆性感温変色体と前記電気絶縁成形体との密着界面を保護するように、前記不可逆性感温変色層と前記補強膜の間に付設され、前記補強膜の形成時又は、形成後の前記補強膜から出現する溶剤による前記電気絶縁成形体と前記不可逆性感温変色体の前記密着性部の侵食を防止したことを特徴とする介在保護層を有する不可逆性感温変色体付電気絶縁成形体。
- 前記不可逆性感温変色体は、変色を見易くする色素部と、前記色素部の上に局在する不透明の窓材部と、温度変化により変色する不可逆性感温変色層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の介在保護層を有する不可逆性感温変色体付電気絶縁成形体。
- 前記の電気絶縁成形体には、可逆性の感温変色体のマイクロカプセルが分散して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の介在保護層を有する不可逆性感温変色体付電気絶縁成形体。
- 前記の電気絶縁成形体の前記樹脂の成形温度は、前記不可逆性感温変色層の変色温度より高いことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の介在保護層を有する不可逆性感温変色体付電気絶縁成形体。
- 介在保護層を有する不可逆性感温変色体付電気絶縁成形体の製法であって、前記電気絶縁成形体を形成する樹脂を所望の形状に成形後、前記電気絶縁成形体の表面に、貼り付け又は、印刷又は、塗布により、感温変色を見易くするための色素部を形成し、局在する不透明の窓材部と不可逆性感温変色層を順次又は逆順で形成した後、補強膜を形成することで、不可逆性感温変色体とし、前記補強膜は、前記不可逆性感温変色体と前記電気絶縁成形体との密着性を備えるためのものであり、前記不可逆性感温変色体と前記電気絶縁成形体との密着界面を保護するように介在保護層の形成を、少なくとも前記不可逆性感温変色層の形成と前記補強膜の形成の間に行うことを特徴とする介在保護層を有する不可逆性感温変色体付電気絶縁成形体の製法。
- 前記電気絶縁成形体と前記補強膜の素材を同一の材料としたことで両者の融合により密着性を向上させたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載の介在保護層を有する不可逆性感温変色体付電気絶縁成形体。
