Claims (4)
- 流体用の携帯可能なネブライザであって、
ハウジングに挿入可能又は交換可能な前記流体を収容する手動の容器と、
前記流体の運搬、及び、霧化のうちの少なくとも一方を行う圧力発生器と、
前記ネブライザの作動をカウントするモニタ装置と、を有するネブライザにおいて、
前記ネブライザは、さらに、前記ネブライザのハウジングに取り付けられ、前記モニタ装置と通信するためのインターフェースを有する接続装置を有し、
前記モニタ装置は、前記接続装置を介して外部装置とデータを送受信可能であり、
前記モニタ装置は、前記作動の回数及び時間を特定し、記憶するためのタイマ及びメモリを有し、
前記タイマは相対時間のみを測定し、
前記ネブライザは、以下のa)及びb)のうち少なくとも一方を満たし、
a)前記タイマによる前記相対時間の測定は、接続装置により、又は、前記接続装置を介して外部装置により、前記モニタ装置を始動した時又は最初にオンに切り換えた時に開始され、かつ、前記モニタ装置は前記タイマによる前記相対時間の測定開始時における絶対時間に関する情報を、前記接続装置から、又は前記接続装置を介して前記外部装置から取得し、取得した情報は前記メモリ又は前記外部装置に記憶され、
b)前記タイマによる前記相対時間の測定は、前記接続装置から、又は、前記接続装置を介して外部装置から絶対時間に関する情報が前記モニタ装置に送信された時に終了し、
前記モニタ装置は、前記メモリ又は前記外部装置に記憶された前記相対時間の測定の開始時における絶対時間、又は受信した終了時における絶対時間と、前記記憶されたネブライザの作動の相対時間とに基づき、前記ネブライザの絶対的な作動時間を特定し、かつ、前記特定した作動時間を前記メモリに記憶できるように作動することを特徴とするネブライザ。 - 請求項1記載のネブライザであって、
前記モニタ装置は、前記ネブライザのハウジングの取り外し可能な部分である外側ハウジング部分に取り付けられ、かつ、前記外側ハウジング部分とともに前記モニタ装置を、前記ネブライザから取り外すことができ、
前記外側ハウジング部分は、前記容器の挿入及び交換のために取り外し可能であることを特徴とするネブライザ。 - 請求項1記載のネブライザであって、
前記ネブライザ及び前記モニタ装置の少なくとも一方は、前記容器の識別又はコーディングの問い合わせ手段と、前記問い合わせ手段により前記容器及び流体の少なくとも一方が、使用するのに正しいと識別された時にのみ、前記ネブライザの駆動を可能とする手段と、を有することを特徴とするネブライザ。 - 請求項1記載のネブライザであって、
前記ネブライザは、さらに、マウスピースを有し、
前記モニタ装置は、前記流体の投薬を前記ネブライザの作動として電気的に、作動時間を検知し、作動回数をカウントできるようになっており、
前記霧化された流体又はエアロゾルの飛沫が実際に前記マウスピースの領域に形成されたかどうかを、光学的に検知する光学スプレーセンサが設けられていることを特徴とするネブライザ。
