Description
ここで、実際に検量線の作成を行い、上記実施形態に係る方法の有用性について確認した。以下詳細に説明する。
振動反応において、より短い周期とすることは測定のアウトプットをあげる上で非常に重要である。そこで本実験例では反応容器を小さくし、電極も小さいものを用いることで周期を短くできるかについて検討を行った。なお、本実験例は以下に示す試料以外はほぼ実験例1と同様とした。小さな酸素電極および内径1cmのガラスセルを用いた場合を次に示す。
Claims (3)
- 0.5重量%以上1.0重量%以下の過酸化水素水及び1×10 −5 mol/l以上1×10 −4 mol/l以下のグルタミン酸を含む第一の溶液と、0.01mg/ml以上0.1mg/ml以下のカタラーゼ及び1×10 −5 mg/ml以上1×10 −4 mg/ml以下のグルタミン酸オキシダーゼを含む第二の溶液を、半透膜を介して混合させて振動反応を起こし、前記第二の溶液における溶存酸素の濃度変化に基づいて、前記第二の溶液に含まれるグルタミン酸の溶液に含まれるグルタミン酸濃度を算出するグルタミン酸の定量方法。
- 前記半透膜は、透析膜である請求項1記載のグルタミン酸の定量方法。
- 0.5重量%以上1.0重量%以下の過酸化水素及び1×10 −5 mol/l以上1×10 −4 mol/l以下のグルタミン酸を含む第一の溶液を保持する第一の容器と、0.01mg/ml以上0.1mg/ml以下のカタラーゼ及び1×10 −5 mg/ml以上1×10 −4 mg/ml以下のグルタミン酸オキシダーゼを含む第二の溶液を保持する第二の容器と、前記第一の容器と第二の容器との間に配置され、前記第一の溶液を前記第二の溶液に浸透させる半透膜と、前記第二の溶液に浸されるよう配置される酸素電極と、前記酸素電極に接続される溶存酸素計と、前記溶存酸素計に接続される情報処理装置と、を有し、
前記情報処理装置は、溶存酸素濃度データ及び時刻データを順次記録していく溶存酸素データ取得手段と、
時刻データと溶存酸素濃度データとの関係に基づいて振動反応の周期を判断する周期判断手段と、
グルタミン酸の濃度と振動反応の周期との関係を記録する周期−グルタミン酸関係記憶手段と、
前記グルタミン酸の濃度と振動反応の周期との関係に基づいてグルタミン酸の定量を行うグルタミン酸の定量装置。
