Claims (6)
- 著しく含有量の減少したポートランドセメント鉱物、及び、それに伴って増大したポートランドセメントの補助的材料との複合セメント質材料を製造するための処理装置であって、ポートランドセメントのためのサイロ、前記補助的材料のためのサイロ、セメントキルン塵又は他の種類の凝結時間調節剤のためのサイロ、重合体添加剤のための保存ユニット、配分手段、混合手段、粉砕機構、及び放出手段を含んで成り、前記補助的材料を予め粉砕するための粉砕ユニット(6)、前記ポートランドセメントを予め粉砕するための粉砕設備(9)を具え、然も、前記予め粉砕する設備(6、9)に続いて、前記予め粉砕された成分を粉砕するための粉砕設備(13)が存在し、前記予め粉砕する設備(6、9)が、粉砕される材料のための開回路又は閉回路として働くのに適合することを特徴とする上記処理装置。
- 閉回路が、粉砕された材料の大きな部分を分別することができる空気分類器(19;22)を含む、請求項1に記載の処理装置。
- 補助的材料のための粉砕設備(6)が、前記補助的材料を100〜300μの微細度に予め粉砕するように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の処理装置。
- ポートランドセメントのための粉砕設備(9)が、ポートランドセメントを10〜30μの平均粒径の微細度に予め粉砕するように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。
- 補助的材料を、0.2重量%より小さい湿分含有量まで乾燥するためのユニット(2)を含み、然も、そのユニットが粉砕設備(6)の上流に位置する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。
- フライアッシュから炭素を除去するためのユニット(21)を含み、然も、そのユニットが、フライアッシュ中の炭素含有量を4重量%より低くなるように適合される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。
