Description
Claims (4)
- 投入される燃料を燃焼させる流動層型の燃焼炉と、
前記燃焼炉の底部から排出された固形物を再び前記燃焼炉に返送するように循環させる循環ラインと、
前記循環ライン上に設けられ、当該循環ラインを循環する前記固形物から燃焼に不適な不適物を選別し除去する選別除去部と、
前記循環ライン上で前記選別除去部の前段に設けられ前記燃焼炉に投入される前記燃料の前処理を行う燃料熱処理部と、
前記循環ライン上で前記選別除去部の前段に設けられ、前記循環ラインを通過する固形物を冷却する固形物冷却部と、を備え、
前記燃料熱処理部は、前記固形物冷却部の後段に設けられ、
前記固形物冷却部と前記燃料熱処理部とは一体に設けられることを特徴とする流動層型ボイラ。 - 前記燃料熱処理部は、前記循環ラインに前記燃料を投入し当該循環ラインを通過する前記固形物の熱を利用した熱処理によって前記前処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流動層型ボイラ。
- 前記燃料熱処理部における前記燃料の熱処理によって発生するガスを処理するガス処理部を更に備え、
前記ガス処理部は、前記燃料熱処理部からガスを吸引し排出させるガス吸引部と、前記ガス吸引部で排出させた前記ガスを液体に溶解させるガス溶解部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流動層型ボイラ。 - 前記ガス吸引部は、前記液体を噴出する液体エジェクタを有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流動層型ボイラ。
