Claims (6)
- 送信と受信を切り替える切替スイッチを有し、核磁気共鳴信号を励起するための電磁波を送信してサンプルに照射し、前記電磁波によってサンプル内で励起される核磁気共鳴の電磁波信号を受信する核磁気共鳴プローブにおいて、
前記切替スイッチは、スイッチ素子を持つスイッチ部と、スイッチ制御信号とRF送信信号をフィルタリングするフィルタリング部とに分割され、かつ、前記スイッチ部のみがNMR用マグネットに挿入されるプローブボディに配置され、前記フィルタリング部は、前記プローブボディの外部に設置されていることを特徴とする核磁気共鳴プローブ。 - 請求項1に記載の核磁気共鳴プローブにおいて、
前記切替スイッチは、前記受信した電磁波信号を増幅するプリアンプを備え、前記スイッチ部と前記プリアンプは、同一基板上に配置されていることを特徴とする核磁気共鳴プローブ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の核磁気共鳴プローブにおいて、
前記スイッチ部は、プローブコイルとプリアンプを結ぶ線路が直線状に配置され、該線路の任意の分岐点にパワーアンプと結ぶ線路が第1のスイッチ素子を介して接続され、前記直線状の線路の分岐点から前記プリアンプの方向に前記電磁波信号の波長の4分の1の長さ位置で、該線路とグランド間に第2のスイッチ素子が接続されていることを特徴とする核磁気共鳴プローブ。 - 請求項3に記載の核磁気共鳴プローブにおいて、
前記第2のスイッチ素子の前記プリアンプ方向の線路に、前記第2のスイッチ素子から前記電磁波信号の波長の4分の1の長さの位置で、該線路とグランド間に第3のスイッチ素子が接続されていることを特徴とする核磁気共鳴プローブ。 - 請求項4に記載の核磁気共鳴プローブにおいて、
前記第2のスイッチ素子と第3のスイッチ素子の中央部で、かつ、前記直線状の線路とグランド間に第4のスイッチ素子が接続されていることを特徴とする核磁気共鳴プローブ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の核磁気共鳴プローブにおいて、
前記スイッチ部は、80K以下に冷却されていることを特徴とする核磁気共鳴プローブ。
