Claims (5)
- 基礎(29)上に固定された方向転換台(27)と、該方向転換台(27)に回動可能に支持され基礎(29)の水平面(47)に対して垂直に立てられたロータ(13)を転倒防止するための保持装置(45)とを有し、保持装置(45)が方向転換台(27)とは別個に基礎(29)に固定される、少なくとも1本のタイロッド(15)によって相互に締付け結合された複数の回転円板(21)で構成された流体機械におけるロータ(13)を組立および分解するための組立装置(23)であって、
保持装置(45)が複数の支柱(64)によって基礎(29)に固定され、方向転換台(27)がそれらの支柱で囲い込まれた基礎面の内部に配置され、前記複数の支柱(64)が台座(49)を支持しており、前記台座(49)が作業員の作業台として形成されていることを特徴とする流体機械におけるロータ(13)を組立および分解するための組立装置。 - 保持装置(45)が基礎(29)上に矩形の形で配置された4本の支柱(64)を介して基礎(29)の上側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立装置。
- 保持装置(45)が水平面(47)に対して垂直に立てられたロータ(13)を横側で支持する少なくとも1つの支え面(61)を有し、方向転換台(27)のヒンジ継手(31)とその上に配置された支え面(61)との垂直距離が2〜3mであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の組立装置。
- 支え面(61)が台座(49)の高さに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の組立装置。
- 方向転換台(27)がロータ(13)の重力を基礎(29)に円形面で伝えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の組立装置。
