Claims (5)
- 管内に継手間隙が形成される継手部を含む管路の樹脂ライニング工法であって、
即硬化性且つ高粘度の樹脂材を管内面に向けて遠心分散させる樹脂分散手段を用い、前記樹脂分散手段を開放された前記管路の一端から他端に向けて設定速度で移動して、前記管路の内面に、前記継手間隙を埋めることなくその上を覆って連続性を維持する設定膜厚のライニング膜を形成し、
前記管路に分岐開口が存在する場合には、少なくとも前記樹脂分散手段が前記分岐開口上を通過する際に、前記分岐開口の外から前記管路内に向かう送風を行うことを特徴とする継手部を含む管路の樹脂ライニング工法。 - 前記樹脂分散手段は、前記管路の長手方向に沿った回転軸の周りに回転駆動され、供給された前記樹脂材を管内面に向けて遠心分散させる回転ヘッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された継手部を含む管路の樹脂ライニング工法。
- 前記設定膜厚を3.5〜4mmとし、前記樹脂分散手段の移動速度を2.5m/min以上に設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載された継手部を含む管路の樹脂ライニング工法。
- 前記樹脂材は、硬化時には前記管路の亀裂折損に対して気密性を保つ伸びと強度を有する2液混合硬化型の樹脂であり、粘度,チクソ比,ゲルタイムを調整して、設定温度の温水循環ラインに沿って前記樹脂材を前記樹脂材分散手段に供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載された継手部を含む管路の樹脂ライニング工法。
- 前記樹脂分散手段の移動を前記回転ヘッドの回転方向を変えて同一方向に2回行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載された継手部を含む管路の樹脂ライニング工法。
