Description
Claims (14)
- 難溶性薬物および分散安定化剤を揮発性の有機溶媒に溶解させる溶解工程と、
この溶解工程において得られた溶解液に含まれる前記有機溶媒を蒸発除去し、当該有機溶媒除去により得られる残存物を容器の内壁に固定する固定工程と、
この固定工程の後に、前記容器の内部に水を注入し、前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させながら、前記容器の内壁に固定された前記残存物に対して光を照射して、前記難溶性薬物および前記分散安定化剤を含む微粒子が水に分散された微粒子分散液を製造する照射工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする微粒子分散液製造方法。 - 前記照射工程において、前記容器の内部に注入された水を撹拌することで、前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の微粒子分散液製造方法。
- 前記照射工程において、前記容器の内部に注入された水を振動させることで、前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の微粒子分散液製造方法。
- 前記照射工程において、前記容器の内部へ水を供給することで、前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の微粒子分散液製造方法。
- 前記照射工程において、前記容器の内部に供給する水の温度を一定に維持する、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の微粒子分散液製造方法。
- 前記照射工程において、前記容器の内部で製造された微粒子分散液を前記容器とは別の回収容器に回収する、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の微粒子分散液製造方法。
- 前記照射工程において、前記容器の内部へ水の供給と気体の供給とを交互に行い、この気体の供給の際に前記微粒子分散液を前記回収容器に回収する、ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の微粒子分散液製造方法。
- 難溶性薬物および分散安定化剤が揮発性の有機溶媒に溶解され、当該溶解液に含まれる前記有機溶媒が蒸発除去されることにより得られる残存物が内壁に固定され、内部に水が注入される容器と、
前記容器の内壁に固定された前記残存物に対して光を照射する光照射部と、
前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させる流動手段と、
を備え、
前記流動手段により前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させ、前記光照射部により前記残存物に対して光を照射することにより、前記難溶性薬物および前記分散安定化剤を含む微粒子が水に分散された微粒子分散液を製造する、
ことを特徴とする微粒子分散液製造装置。 - 前記流動手段が、前記容器の内部に注入された水を撹拌する撹拌手段を含み、この撹拌手段により前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させる、ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の微粒子分散液製造装置。
- 前記流動手段が、前記容器の内部に注入された水を振動させる振動手段を含む、この振動手段により前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させる、ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の微粒子分散液製造装置。
- 前記流動手段が、前記容器の内部へ水を供給する給水手段を含み、この給水手段により前記容器の内部の前記残存物と前記水との界面近傍において前記水を流動させる、ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の微粒子分散液製造装置。
- 前記給水手段が、前記容器の内部に供給する水の温度を一定に維持する、ことを特徴とする請求項11記載の微粒子分散液製造装置。
- 前記容器の内部で製造された微粒子分散液を回収する回収手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項11記載の微粒子分散液製造装置。
- 前記容器の内部へ気体を供給する給気手段を更に備え、
前記給水手段による水の供給と前記給気手段による気体の供給とを交互に行って、
前記給気手段による気体の供給の際に前記回収手段により前記微粒子分散液を回収する、
ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の微粒子分散液製造装置。
