Claims (10)
- 培養細胞を輸送対象品として輸送するための輸送容器において、
前記輸送容器は、上部半球状のカプセルと下部半球状カプセルとを有する球体状容器であり、
前記球体状容器内部の中心部に、前記輸送対象品を保持する空間を有し、
前記空間と前記球体状容器との間に蓄熱材を有し、
前記蓄熱体は、前記培養細胞を輸送する前に、前記蓄熱体の凝固点以上の所定温度に加熱されることを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 請求項1に記載の輸送容器において、
前記所定温度は、前記輸送対象品の品質を保持できる温度であることを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 請求項1に記載の輸送容器において、
前記輸送対象品の情報,輸送履歴を記録して発信する手段を有し、
前記記録して発信する手段は、前記球体状容器を開けることなく前記球体状容器の外部へ前記輸送対象品の情報,輸送履歴を発信することを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 請求項1に記載の輸送容器において、
前記蓄熱体は、固体から液体へ相変化する時間において、熱を蓄熱し、液体から固体へ相変化する時間において、潜熱を放出する性質であることを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 請求項4に記載の輸送容器において、
前記蓄熱体は、球体状容器内に構成され、少なくとも蓄熱体の一部が、液体相にあり、球体状容器から外部へ熱が漏洩している場合、固体相と液体相の境界面は、ほぼ同心円状に中心部へ向かって移動することを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 請求項3に記載の輸送容器において、
前記記録して発信する手段は、少なくとも名称、日付,来歴,輸送先名称,発送元名称を発信を発信することを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 請求項3に記載の輸送容器において、
前記記録して発信する手段は、少なくとも温度,蓄熱材の変形量を発信することを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 請求項1に記載の輸送容器において、
前記輸送容器の下部に重心が位置することを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 請求項1に記載の輸送容器を互いに球状の表面が接するように複数積層して収納する断熱容器と、
前記断熱容器の内部を恒温に保つ手段と、を備えた恒温輸送容器を用いて、輸送することを特徴とする輸送方法。 - 請求項1に記載の輸送容器を互いに球状の表面が接するように複数積層して収納する断熱容器と、
前記断熱容器を密閉可能とする蓋とを備え、
前記断熱容器の内面側には複数の断熱部材を重ねて配置し、この断熱部材が形成する断熱容器内の空間に、輸送対象品と蓄熱材とを収容できるように構成され、
前記断熱部材の間に熱伝導性の良い熱伝導部材を配置し、この熱伝導部材の一端を、前記容器の蓋部の開閉作業をともなうことなく交換可能とした熱源に接触させ、この熱源からの熱を、熱伝導部材を介して、前記断熱部材で構成される断熱壁全面に伝達可能としたことを特徴とする恒温輸送容器。
