Abstract

Kleinkühlbehälter für den Transport von hitzeempfindlichen Kleinteilen zum Schutz vor hohen Temperaturen.
Der Transportbehälter besteht aus zwei miteinander verschraubbaren Teilen.
Die Teile wiederum bestehen aus dem Aussenteil und dem darin eingeclipten Kühlakku, welcher in beiden Teilen identisch ist.
Die Aussparung im Kühlakku ist dem zu transportierenden Gegenstand angepasst und ist vorgesehen für:
Lippenstifte, Arzeneimittel und ähnliches.
Die Aussenteile bestehen aus opakem Kunststoff (halb transparent) und werden im Spritzgiessverfahren hergestellt.
Der Kühlakku bsteht aus 2 Teilen, welche nach dem Befüllen mit Kühlflüssigkeit miteinander ultraschllverschweisst oder verklebt werden.
Diese Teile bestehen ebenfalls aus Kunststoff (voraussichtlich PE) und werden im Tiefziehverfahren hergestellt.

Description

  • Der Schutz- und Transportbehälter besteht aus 5 Teilen 2 separaten Unter- und 2 separaten Oberteilen und einer Trage- bzw. Befestigungskordel.

  • Das Innenteil (Kühlakku), der mit einem Kühl-Gel befüllt ist, kann sowohl im Oberteil, als auch im Unterteil eingeklickt werden.
  • Das Innenteil besteht aus 2 Teilen, welche nach dem Befüllen mit Kühl-Gel miteinander verklebt oder verschweißt werden.
  • Das Ober- und das Unterteil des Transportbehälters werden mittel eines Schraubgewindes miteinander verbunden.
  • Eine Kordel am Bügel des Oberteils befestigt, dient zur Befestigung an Tasche/Korb/Koffer usw. (kann aber auch direkt um den Hals gehängt und getragen werden).

Claims (1)

  1. Kleinkühlbehälter für den Transport von hitzeempfindlichen Kleinteilen zum Schutz vor hohen Temperaturen. Der Transportbehälter besteht aus zwei miteinander verschraubbaren Teilen. Die Teile wiederum bestehen aus dem Aussenteil und dem darin eingeclipten Kühlakku, welcher in beiden Teilen identisch ist. Die Aussparung im Kühlakku ist dem zu transportierenden Gegenstand angepasst und ist vorgesehen für: Lippenstifte, Arzeneimittel und ähnliches. Die Aussenteile bestehen aus opakem Kunststoff (halb transparent) und werden im Spritzgiessverfahren hergestellt. Der Kühlakku bsteht aus 2 Teilen, welche nach dem Befüllen mit Kühlflüssigkeit miteinander ultraschllverschweisst oder verklebt werden. Diese Teile bestehen ebenfalls aus Kunststoff (voraussichtlich PE) und werden im Tiefziehverfahren hergestellt.
