Claims (3)
- ブラシと摺接する摺接面を備えた環状円盤型のカーボン母材と、巻線が接続される複数の端子部を備えた金属母材とを接合した構成の整流子母材を、樹脂絶縁体によって支持し、かつ放射方向のスリットを周方向に等間隔に形成して、前記整流子母材を複数の整流子片に分割した構成の整流子であって、前記カーボン母材と金属母材との接合面は、前記カーボン母材の環状の接合面に形成したテーパ面に、前記金属母材の環状の接合面に形成したテーパ面を整合接合してあり、前記カーボン母材の前記テーパ面は、内側の環状のテーパ面と外側の環状のテーパ面とを備えた二重のテーパ面に形成してあることを特徴とする整流子。
- 請求項1に記載の整流子において、前記内側のテーパ面と外側のテーパ面との傾斜方向が逆方向であることを特徴とする整流子。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の整流子において、前記金属母材に、前記カーボン母材と金属母材との接合面に接合用部材を注入するための注入孔を備えていることを特徴とする整流子。
