Abstract

【課題】 流体輸送管路に多数の粒状物を別々に密封した状態で流し込みこれを次々と能率よく輸送する。
【解決手段】 高圧の流体輸送管路1に粒状物送込装置4を取付けて管路内の流体を密封し、搬送ベルト5の上面に連続して設けた多数の収納孔6に粒状物18を収納した後、これを密封しながら搬送ベルト5を管路1内に移動することにより収納孔6内の粒状物18を順次管路1内の流れに送出するようにする。

Description

本発明は磁石、金属部材、医薬食品等の粒状物を流体輸送する分野。
粒状物を流体輸送管路で送込む場合はこれを副管路に入れ、流れを切り替えて粒状物を本管路に戻す必要があって、多数の粒状物を連続して管路に送込む煩雑な動作が多く行われている。

発明が解決しようとする課題
本発明は前記管路の切り替えの煩雑さの代りに粒状物を連続、円滑に輸送しようとするものである。
課題を解決するための手段
本発明は高圧の流体輸送管路1に粒状物送込装置4を結合して搬送ベルト5、同用プーリー7、上下の押圧ベルト10及び14、同用プーリー11及び15で流体を密封し、搬送ベルト5の上面に連続して設けた多数の収納孔6に粒状物18を収納した後、この搬送ベルト5の上面を押圧ベルト10で押圧して、収納孔6を密封しながら搬送ベルト5を同用プーリー7の回転により管路1内に移動することにより収納孔6内の粒状物18を順次管路1内の流れに送出するようにするものである。
発明の効果
本発明により流体輸送管路内で互いに接触又は接合してはならない磁石及び粘着物等の粒状物を連続して次々と流体輸送することが出来る。
本発明の実施形態の実施例として、流体輸送管路に粒状物送込装置を取付けた状態の縦断面図 図1の平面図 図1のX−X断面図
高圧の流体輸送管路1に粒状物送込装置4を結合して搬送ベルト5の外周面、搬送ベルト用プーリー7の側面、上下の押圧ベルト10及び14の外周面及び押圧ベルト用プーリー11及び15の側面で管路1内の流体を密封し、搬送ベルト5の上面に連続して設けた多数の収納孔6に磁石、金属部材、医薬食品等の粒状物18を収納した後、この搬送ベルト5の上面を上部押圧ベルト10で押圧することにより収納孔6を密封しながら搬送ベルト5を駆動用減速モーター9の動力で搬送ベルト用プーリー7を回転させて管路1内に引き込む、従って収納孔6内の粒状物18は密封されたまま、順次管路1内の流れの中に送り出されるようになる。そして高圧の流体により管路の出口3より次工程に移送される。
搬送ベルト5の下部も下部押圧ベルト14で押圧されており、収納孔6は密封されており、上下の押圧ベルト10及び14の外周はフェルト17により密封されている。

Claims (1)

  1. 高圧の流体輸送管路1に粒状物送込み装置4を結合して、搬送ベルト5、同用プーリー7、上下の押圧ベルト10及び14、同用プーリー11及び15で流体を密封し、搬送ベルト5の上面に連続して設けた多数の収納孔6に粒状物18を収納した後、この搬送ベルト5の上面を押圧ベルト10で押圧して、収納孔6を密封しながら搬送ベルト5を同用プーリー7の回転により管路1内に移動することにより収納孔6内の粒状物18を順次管路1内の流れに送出するようにすることを特徴とする高圧の流体輸送管路を密封しながらこの管路に粒状物を連続して送込む方法。
