Description
Claims (3)
- 遠位側終端部に沿ってS形の溝穴を備えた遠位側が先細で丸みのある裁頭円錐状の挿入部位を有する管状のハウジングと、螺旋形状に形成された小刀本体及び前記小刀本体上に形成された刃先を含む小刀とを備えた体壁を穿刺するための外科栓塞具であって、
前記小刀の前記刃先が、前記小刀本体の前記螺旋形状に沿って、該栓塞具の末端から両側に向けて外方へかつ前記末端から2つの部分に分けて後方へ螺旋状に延び、
該栓塞具の長手方向軸に対して垂直に延びる平面への、螺旋状である前記刃先の投影がS形であり、
前記刃先の、前記末端の両側にある前記2つの部分が前記末端の領域において滑らかに合流し、該末端の領域において、前記刃先が、前記小刀の中心に配置されると共に該栓塞具の前記長手方向軸に対して直交方向に延び、
前記刃先の、前記末端の領域の外側にある前記2つの部分が、前記小刀本体の外凸面上に配置され、
前記刃先の、前記末端の両側にある前記2つの部分が、該栓塞具の前記長手方向軸を中心に180°回転させることにより、互いの位置へと移動可能であり、
前記小刀本体の前記刃先が、前記ハウジングの前記挿入部位のS形である前記溝穴を通って突出すること、
を特徴とする栓塞具。 - 請求項1に記載の栓塞具であって、該栓塞具の前記長手方向軸に対して垂直に延びる平面への、前記刃先の前記2つの部分の各々の前記末端を起点とする投影が、円弧を形成すること、を特徴とする栓塞具。
- 請求項2に記載の栓塞具であって、前記円弧が前記末端から180°の角度以上で延びていること、を特徴とする栓塞具。
