Claims (8)
- 加熱した加熱体(3)に液体を供給して気化させる気化器(2)を監視する方法であって、
前記気化器(2)は、加熱した加熱体(3)に規定量の液体を滴下して気化する際の気化熱により前記加熱体(3)内で規定の温度降下を引き起こすものであり、
前記規定量の液体の滴下前後に前記液体の滴下範囲において前記加熱体(3)の温度を測定することによって、前記加熱体(3)における温度降下を検知し、
前記検知した温度降下を前記規定の温度降下と比較して、前記液体の気化過程が正常であるか否かを判定することを特徴とする方法。 - 加熱体(3)の温度を液体の滴下範囲の外側で追加して測定すると共に、滴下範囲内の温度との相関を求めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 規定の温度降下を超えたときに、信号を発生することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 温度降下の時間的な推移を検知して、それにより気化した液体量を求めることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 液体用の気化器(2)を監視する装置であって、
前記気化器(2)は、加熱体(3)と、前記加熱体(3)に液体を滴下する気化液体用の噴射ノズル(8)と、前記加熱体(3)の温度を検知する第一の温度センサー(T1)を備え、加熱した前記加熱体(3)に規定量の液体を滴下して気化する際の気化熱により前記加熱体(3)内で規定の温度降下を引き起こす気化器であり、
第一の温度センサー(T1)が液体の滴下範囲に配設されていると共に、
前記規定量の液体の滴下前後に前記液体の滴下範囲において前記加熱体(3)の温度を前記第1の温度センサー(T1)によって測定することによって、前記加熱体(3)における温度降下を検知し、
前記検知した温度降下を前記規定の温度降下と比較して、前記液体の気化過程が正常であるか否かを判定することを特徴とする装置。 - 第二の温度センサー(T2)を更に設けており、
その第二の温度センサーは、液体の滴下範囲の外側に配設されていると共に、気化範囲外側の加熱体(3)の温度を検知することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。 - 第一及び第二の温度センサー(T1,T2)が制御装置(5)に接続されていること、噴射ノズル(8)用のバルブ(9)が間歇的に開くこと、そしてバルブ(9)が開くときに規定の温度降下が現れないときに信号を発生することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 気化器(2)が間歇的に作動することを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
