Claims (7)
- 多数のパンチ穴(10)を有するダイ(9)を含む下部ツール部(6)と、
前記下部ツール部(6)に接離して相対移動可能に支持される上部ツール部(7)と、
前記上部ツール部(7)と結合される数個のパンチ(8)と、
前記上部ツール部(7)にパンチング方向(S)に移動可能に配置される少なくとも二つの保持要素(12)であって、前記保持要素(12)の長手方向において、前記パンチ(8)がグループ分けされて配置される、前記保持要素(12)と、
パンチストローク中に前記パンチング方向(S)へ前記保持要素(12)を移動させるために前記上部ツール部(7)に支持される作動要素(38)と、
を備えるパンチング装置(1)であって、
前記保持要素(12)は、バネ手段(35)によって、前記上部ツール部(7)の少なくとも一つの停止部(37)に向けて付勢され、
前記作動要素(38)は、前記パンチング方向(S)及び前記保持要素(12)の長手方向と交差する方向(R)にシフト可能であるように支持された選択プレート(39)であり、
前記選択プレート(39)が少なくとも1つの前記保持要素(12)と着脱係合する前記方向(R)にシフトするように、前記選択プレート(39)のエッジに配置された凹部(42)と、前記選択プレート(39)のエッジの周りの前記保持要素(12)の各1つの端(18、19)に配置された延設部(43)と、を備えた結合手段(40)を更に備えた
ことを特徴とするパンチング装置。 - 前記保持要素(12)は、並列に保持された前記パンチ(8)と交差する方向に延出し、前記パンチ(8)が保持される開口(22、23、24、25)を有する、パンチ保持棒(13、14)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパンチング装置。
- 前記開口(22、23、24、25)は一列に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のパンチング装置。
- 前記保持要素(12)と前記作動要素(38)を選択的に相互結合させ、または、この結合接続を解除するために、前記保持要素(12)と前記作動要素(38)に結合手段(40)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパンチング装置。
- 前記保持要素(12)は二つのグループに分けられ、これによって前記二つのグループの前記結合手段(40)は前記グループの結合位置および解除位置が反対方向に配置構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパンチング装置。
- 前記作動要素(38)は、両グループの前記保持要素(12)が解除位置に位置決めされる解除位置を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のパンチング装置。
- 圧力バー(41)は前記結合手段(40)と結合されており、前記作動要素(38)が結合位置にある時に、パンチング動作を前記保持要素(12)へ伝達するために、前記圧力バーが前記保持要素(12)に対向する側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパンチング装置。
