Description
The present invention relates to a device for guiding an elevator hoisting rope, and more specifically, to a hitch portion provided at the top of a hoistway while maintaining a portion of the hoisting rope extending upward from the car-side sheave in an aligned state. It relates to technology to guide.

Incidentally, in the conventional elevator described above, the upper end of the

Therefore, in the above-described conventional elevator, if the
As a result, the lateral inclination angle of the hoisting rope with respect to the rope groove of the right car-
Moreover, when the horizontal inclination angle of the hoisting rope with respect to the rope groove becomes too large, the hoisting rope may be detached from the rope groove.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and to a hitch portion provided at the top of the hoistway while keeping the portion extending upward from the car sheave of the hoisting rope in an aligned state. It is to provide a technology for guiding.
The present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems is directed to a hitch portion in which an end portion of the hoisting rope is provided at the top of the hoistway while maintaining an aligned portion of the hoisting rope of the elevator that extends upward from the car-side sheave. A device for guiding
A guide means disposed above the car-side sheave and having an outer peripheral surface that curves upwardly and has a portion extending upward from the car-side sheave;
A hitch portion disposed below the guide means for fixing an end portion of a portion of the hoisting rope that extends downward after being wound around the guide means.
The outer peripheral surface of the guide means may be a curved surface that is convex upward, and can be, for example, an outer peripheral surface of a cylinder or an outer peripheral surface of an elliptic cylinder. I just need it.
Further, the radius of the outer peripheral surface of the guide means is specifically about 40 times the wire diameter of the rope so as to satisfy the safety standard applied to the elevator with respect to the wire diameter of the rope constituting the hoisting rope. Set to.
That is, in the elevator hoisting rope guide device of the present invention, the portion of the elevator hoisting rope that extends upward from the car-side sheave is not directly fixed to the hitch part but on the outer peripheral surface of the guiding means. The direction of travel is reversed by being wound around the wire, and after extending downward, it is fixed to the hitch portion.
As a result, the portion of the hoisting rope that extends between the car-side sheave and the guide means is in the same alignment state as that of the portion that is wound around the car-side sheave, that is, is parallel to each other and maintains a predetermined pitch between the ropes. Can be kept in a state.
On the other hand, the portion of the hoisting rope that extends between the guide means and the hitch portion becomes divergent downward, but the angle of the divergent extent is reduced by arranging the hitch portion sufficiently downward. Can do.
Furthermore, since the guide means rotates at a minute angle corresponding to the amount of expansion and contraction of the coil spring provided in the hitch part, and only moves up and down or tilts, the guide means and the hitch part of the hoisting rope There is no rubbing sound due to friction between the portion extending between the guide means and the guide means, and the life of the portion is not reduced.
The guide means can be composed of a guide sheave similar to the car sheave.
At this time, the car-side sheave and the guide sheave have their rotation axes parallel to each other, and the hoisting ropes extending from the rope grooves of the car-side sheave are guided without being inclined in the lateral direction with respect to the rotation axes. Positioned to enter the rope groove of the sheave.
Note that the guide sheave need not be completely circular, but may be configured to be semicircular.
Further, the guide means can be formed of a semi-cylindrical or semi-elliptical column-shaped guide block having an outer peripheral surface curved in a convex shape upward.
At this time, a rope groove can be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the guide block, or a guide pin for positioning the hoisting rope in the direction of the axis of rotation of the car-side sheave can be provided.
Furthermore, a plurality of rollers are rotatably supported on the outer peripheral surface of the guide block, and when the hoisting rope moves in the longitudinal direction, these rollers rotate so that the hoisting rope moves smoothly. You can also guide.
Further, the guide block can be elastically supported by elastic means.
The elastic means can be formed by laminating rubber plates, or a coil spring can be used.
As a result, when the hoisting rope moves in the longitudinal direction by the action of the coil spring provided in the hitch portion, the guide block can follow up and down or tilt.
Furthermore, even if the coil spring that elastically supports the hoisting rope in the hitch portion is omitted, the hoisting rope can be elastically supported by the elastic means that elastically supports the guide block.
At this time, it is loaded on the hoisting rope by interposing a load detection means such as a load cell between the guide block and the elastic means, or between the support portion supporting the guide block and the elastic means. The load that is present can be detected.
After the hoisting rope extends upward from the car-side sheave, the guide means and the hitch portion are curvedly extended along the outer peripheral surface of the guide means, and the extending direction is reversed from the upper side to the lower side. By extending downward from the top to the hitch portion, it is arranged to extend in an inverted U shape when viewed from the front.
Further, a reinforcing member extending in the vertical direction is interposed between the support portion supporting the guide means and the hitch portion.
As a result, the force by which the hoisting rope pushes down the guide means and the force by which the hoisting rope lifts the hitch portion cancel each other, so that one guide that supports the guide means and the hitch portion. The bending moment applied to the rail can be reduced.
According to the hoisting rope guide means of the present invention, the portion extending upward from the car-side sheave of the hoisting rope of the elevator can be maintained in the same alignment state as the portion wound around the car-side sheave. Generation of rubbing noise between the rope groove of the cage sheave and the hoisting rope and a decrease in the life of the hoisting rope can be prevented.
