Description
Claims (22)
- 骨インプラントに接続したデータ伝送システムであって、そのデータ伝送システムは以下の構成を備える:
− 体外に配置された外部送信ユニット(20);
− 外部送信ユニット(20)に作動させられる埋込可能な内部の第1受信ユニット(31、18);
− 骨インプラント(30)につながれて一体化される内部送信ユニット(32);
− 内部送信ユニット(32)を作動させる、外部送信ユニット(20)と内部の第1受信ユニット(31、18)の間の第2伝送部(アップリンク、A2);
− 体外に配置された第2受信ユニット(26);そして
− 内部送信ユニット(32)と第2受信ユニット(26)の間で骨インプラント(30)を用いる第1伝送部(ダウンリンク;A1);
第1伝送部(A1)は音響振動または音波で作動する。 - 第2伝送部(A2)が電磁波で作動する請求項1に記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 第2伝送部(A2)が、内部受信ユニット(31)および/または内部送信ユニット(32)を作動させるためのデータとエネルギーの両方を送る構成の請求項2に記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 送信ユニット(20)が、第2伝送部(A2)を介してデータとエネルギーを送るための少なくとも1つの送信コイル(21、22)を備える請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 第1受信ユニット(31)が受信コイル(31)を備える請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 内部送信ユニットが第1音響変換要素(32)からなる請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 第2受信ユニット(26)が音響変換要素(33)と送信要素(34)を備え、
第2音響変換要素(33)が音波を電気信号に変換するよう構成され;
送信要素(34)が第3送信部(A3)を介して外部送信ユニット(20)に電気信号を送信するよう構成された、
請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。 - 第3送信部(A3)が、音響振動または音波、電気信号または電磁波によってデータを送信するよう構成され、第3送信部(A3)が、ケーブル接続または無線接続からなる請求項7に記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 処理ユニット(40)をさらに備え、
処理ユニット(40)が第2受信ユニット(26)および/または外部送信ユニット(20)に固定されるよう構成され;
処理ユニットが第2受信ユニット(26)によって受信されたデータを評価するよう構成された、
請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。 - 内部送信ユニット(32)がインプラント(30)に音響連結する請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 外部送信ユニット(20)および/または第2受信ユニット(26)が、皮膚および/または経皮的インプラント(30)の外部部分に音響連結するよう構成された請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- インプラントが経皮的トランシットを備えた内部インプラント(30)であり、第1伝送部(A1)が金属ピンなどによって形成される請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 内部送信ユニット(32)と第1受信ユニット(31)が髄内くぎ(30)に取り付けられ、第2受信ユニット(26)を、くぎ(30)の対応端あるいはくぎ(30)に連結した打ち込み具に取外し可能に取り付けることができる請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- インプラントまたはその部位の少なくとも1つの物理的または化学的値の測定のために、インプラント(30)とともに埋め込まれるよう構成された測定ユニット(18)をさらに備える請求項1から13のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 内部送信ユニット(32)および/または第1内部受信ユニット(31)が、測定ユニット(18)またはトランスポンダ(18)と統合された請求項14に記載のデータ伝送システム。
- トランスポンダユニット(18)をさらに備え;
トランスポンダユニット(18)が第1内部受信ユニット(31)と内部送信ユニット(32)を備え;
トランスポンダユニット(18)が身体適合性の物質に封入される、
請求項1から14のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。 - 埋込可能なトランスポンダユニット(18)が独立したユニットを形成するか、またはインプラント(30)に統合される請求項16に記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 埋込可能なトランスポンダユニット(18)が、埋込可能な遠隔測定ユニットに統合されるか、あるいはそのようなユニットにつながれる請求項16または17に記載のデータ伝送システム。
- データ伝送が、電磁振動および/または波によって外部送信ユニット(20)から埋込可能な第1トランスポンダユニット(18)へ行われる請求項16から18のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 内部送信ユニット(32)が、骨、インプラント(30)または軟部組織に音響連結される請求項1から19のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- 測定ユニット(18)と埋め込まれたトランスポンダ(18)のうちの一方が、永久保存されたデータを備えたメモリを含んでいる請求項18から20のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
- さらなるトランスポンダユニット(19)をさらに備え;
トランスポンダユニット(18)とさらなるトランスポンダユニット(19)がインプラント(30)上に位置し;
さらなるトランスポンダユニット(19)が、内部のさらなる受信ユニット(31)と、
さらなる内部送信ユニット(32)を備え;
外部送信ユニット(20)が、さらなるトランスポンダユニット(19)のさらなる内部受信ユニット(31)に第2伝送部(A2)を介してデータとエネルギーを送るさらなる送信コイル(22)を備え;
トランスポンダユニット(18)とさらなるトランスポンダユニット(19)の受信コイルがそれぞれ、外部送信ユニット(20)からの送信データによって内部送信ユニット(32)を起動するよう構成され;
トランスポンダユニット(18)とさらなるトランスポンダユニット(19)の内部送信ユニット(32)が、第1伝送部(A1)を介して第2受信ユニット(26)へデータを送信し;そして
第2受信ユニット(26)または送信ユニット(20)が、トランスポンダユニット(18)とさらなるトランスポンダユニット(19)に対する送信ユニット(20)の位置を分析するよう構成されている、
請求項16から21のいずれかに記載のデータ伝送システム。
