Claims (11)
- タービンエンジンのターボファンを駆動するために用いられる遊星歯車装置であって、
サンギヤと、
前記サンギヤの周囲に配置され、該サンギヤによって駆動される複数のプラネットギヤと、
前記複数のプラネットギヤの1つにそれぞれ対応した複数の支持シャフトと、
を備え、
前記複数の支持シャフトのそれぞれは、前記ターボファンの駆動運転中に、前記複数のプラネットギヤの1つと前記複数の支持シャフトの対応する1つとの間の領域に潤滑油を供給する1次潤滑経路と、前記サンギヤが前記複数のプラネットギヤを駆動していない前記ターボファンのウィンドミル動作中に、前記複数のプラネットギヤの1つと前記複数の支持シャフトの対応する1つとの間の領域に潤滑油を供給する2次潤滑経路と、
を有した遊星歯車装置。 - 前記1次潤滑経路は、前記複数の支持シャフトの一端部から前記複数の支持シャフトのそれぞれに入り、前記2次潤滑経路は、前記複数の支持シャフトの他端部から前記複数の支持シャフトのそれぞれに入ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車装置。
- 前記1次潤滑経路は、前記2次潤滑経路よりも流量容量が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車装置。
- 前記1次潤滑経路内の潤滑油は第1の潤滑油源から供給され、前記2次潤滑経路内の潤滑油は前記第1の潤滑油源とは別の第2の潤滑油源から供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車装置。
- ターボファンと、
サンギヤと、該サンギヤの周りに配置され、かつ該サンギヤで駆動される複数のプラネットギヤとを備える前記ターボファンを駆動する遊星歯車装置と、
前記複数のプラネットギヤの1つにそれぞれに対応する複数の支持シャフトであって、各支持シャフトが、前記ファンの駆動運転中に、前記複数のプラネットギヤの1つと前記複数の支持シャフトの対応する1つとの間の領域に潤滑油を供給する1次潤滑経路と、前記サンギヤが複数のプラネットギヤを駆動してない前記ファンのウィンドミル動作中に、前記複数のプラネットギヤの1つと前記複数の支持シャフトの対応する1つとの間の領域に潤滑油を供給するための2次潤滑経路と、を有してなる複数の支持シャフトと、
前記1次潤滑経路及び前記2次潤滑経路に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給装置と、
を備えたタービンエンジン。 - 前記1次潤滑経路は、前記複数の支持シャフトの一端部から前記複数の支持シャフトのそれぞれに入り、前記2次潤滑経路は、前記複数の支持シャフトの他端部から前記複数の支持シャフトのそれぞれに入ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記1次潤滑経路が、前記2次潤滑経路よりも流量容量が大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記潤滑油供給装置が、前記1次潤滑経路に潤滑油を供給する主潤滑油源と、前記2次潤滑経路に潤滑油を供給する内部潤滑油溜め源とを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記潤滑油供給装置が、前記1次潤滑経路に潤滑油を供給する1次潤滑ポンプと、前記2次潤滑経路に潤滑油を供給する2次潤滑ポンプとを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記ギヤ駆動運転中に、前記潤滑油は、前記1次潤滑経路を通して通流するが、前記2次潤滑経路を通しては通流せず、前記サンギヤが前記複数のプラネットギヤを駆動していない前記ファンのウィンドミル動作中に、前記潤滑油は、前記2次潤滑経路を通して通流するが、前記1次潤滑経路を通しては通流しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車装置。
- 前記ギヤ駆動運転中に、前記潤滑油は、前記1次潤滑経路を通して通流するが、前記2次潤滑経路を通しては通流せず、前記サンギヤが前記複数のプラネットギヤを駆動していない前記ファンのウィンドミル動作中に、前記潤滑油は、前記2次潤滑経路を通して通流するが、前記1次潤滑経路を通しては通流しないことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジン。
