Claims (7)
- 液体が流れる流路に連通する狭窄領域を水平方向に複数個配置し、微小液滴をアレイ化して配置する再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置において、
(a)前記狭窄領域の後方に連通する微小通路と、
(b)前記狭窄領域に捕捉される微小液滴と、
(c)前記微小通路の出口側に配置される制御部材とを備え、
(d)前記流路に流れる液体の逆流操作により前記制御部材が作用して前記捕捉された微小液滴を前記狭窄領域から一斉に解放することを特徴とする再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置。 - 請求項1記載の再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置において、前記制御部材が前記微小通路の出口側を覆うように円弧状に配列され、流通スペースを有する複数の棒状部材からなることを特徴とする再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置。
- 請求項1記載の再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置において、前記制御部材が前記流路内の微小液滴を前記狭窄領域にガイドする機能を有することを特徴とする再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置。
- 請求項1記載の再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置において、前記制御部材がバルブ機構であることを特徴とする再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置。
- 請求項4記載の再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置において、前記バルブ機構は前記液体が前進方向の流れの場合に開き、前記液体の逆流操作により閉じることを特徴とする再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置。
- 請求項1記載の再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置において、前記微小液滴がゲルビーズであることを特徴とする再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置。
- 請求項1記載の再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置において、前記微小液滴が生体セルであるであることを特徴とする再セット可能な微小液滴の配列装置。
