Claims (2)
- 頂壁および底壁を有する炉本体と、頂壁に設置されているヒータと、底壁に設置されている冷却ユニットと、冷却ユニット内にエアーを供給する手段とを備え、冷却ユニットが、炉本体の底壁上面に炉本体幅方向に並ぶように敷設された複数の扁平箱形状冷却モジュールを有しており、各冷却モジュール内にエアー通路が形成されており、
エアー通路が、複数の並列状直線部と、隣り合う直線部の対応する端部同士を連絡する屈曲部とを有しており、各直線部は、炉本体長さ方向にのびており、
直線部および屈曲部は、冷却モジュール頂壁および底壁に渡されかつ冷却モジュール内を水平蛇行状に区画した並列状バッフル板によって形成されており、
直線部に、横断面波形状放熱フィンが設けられており、放熱フィンは、波形状のなす波を炉本体幅方向にうねらせて炉本体長さ方向にのびており、放熱フィンの波頭部は、冷却モジュール頂壁に固着されている徐冷炉。 - 冷却ユニット内にエアを供給する手段が、エアー通路の入口および出口のいずれか一方にブロワが接続されている請求項1に記載の徐冷炉。
