Description
Claims (11)
- 複数の蒸発器流路(7a−7d)と、前記蒸発器流路(7a−7d)へ冷媒を分配する分配器(5)とを有する冷媒回路を備える冷却設備であって、
前記分配器(5)は、前記蒸発器流路(7a−7d)それぞれに対して制御可能な弁(12;28,30a−30f)を有しており、
前記弁(12;28,30a−30f)は、それらそれぞれを別々に制御する制御装置(9,24)によって制御可能であり、
前記制御装置(9,24)はロータ(25)を有し、前記ロータ(25)の回転によってその角度位置に応じて順次なされる、前記弁(12;28,30a−30f)の個々の開き動作にして、一度に1つの弁に対して、他の弁の通過通路よりも大きい通過通路を持たせるという、個々で順次の開き動作が行なえ、
前記制御装置(9,24)は、当該開き動作での当該1つの弁の開口時間を、前記ロータ(25)の回転速度によって設定するよう構成され、
前記ロータ(25)はカムディスク(21)と連結されており、前記弁(12)は前記カムディスク(21)によって操作可能な弁タペット(16)を有している
ことを特徴とする冷却設備。 - 前記ロータ(25)は、速度が可変なモータ(24)によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却設備。
- 前記モータ(24)は逆転可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷却設備。
- 前記カムディスク(21)は単一のカム(22)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却設備。
- 前記弁タペット(16)は回転方向で見て、回転方向における前記カム(22)の長さと少なくとも同程度に広い相互間隔を有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷却設備。
- 前記弁タペット(16)は回転軸(23)と平行に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の冷却設備。
- 前記カムディスク(21)は回転軸(23)と平行な方向に作用する変位駆動装置(26)を有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の冷却設備。
- 前記ロータ(25)は、前記分配器(5)の入口(11)と接続されている軸方向に延びる入口通路(27)と、半径方向に延びる出口通路(28)とを有しており、該出口通路の連通部(29)は回転時に前記蒸発器と接続された出口開口部(30a−30f)と重ね合わせることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の冷却設備。
- 前記出口開口部(30a−30f)は回転方向で見て、回転方向における前記出口通路(28)の前記連通部(29)の長さと少なくとも同程度に広い相互間隔を有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の冷却設備。
- 各々の前記蒸発器流路(7a−7d)の出口に前記制御装置(9,24)と接続されたセンサ(8a−8d)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の冷却設備。
- 前記蒸発器流路(7a−7d)は凝縮器(3)と直列に配置されており、前記凝縮器(3)又は前記圧縮器(2)の前にセンサが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の冷却設備。
