Description
より具体的には、本発明の吸収性被覆体は、回転翼飛行機内に取り付けるためのものであることが好ましい。具体的には、この吸収性被覆体は、機室の壁に設置されると、壁の耐用年数を増加させ、機室の騒音を低減させるためにその動的変形を減衰する。
必然的には、本発明は、この具体的なアプリケーションに限定されず、本体の動的変形を低減することが望ましいときはいつでもすべての他のアプリケーションのために用いられることができる。例えば洗濯機の壁の上にこの吸収性被覆体を用いることが考えられよう。そのデザインによって、このタイプの家庭用電化製品が高レベルの振動を受けるからである。
Claims (20)
- 高い制動力を有し、構造物(2)の上に固定され、複数の散逸要素(3)と、前記構造物(2)に固定されるその下端部(4’)をそれぞれ有する複数の結節点(4)と、から構成される散逸メッシュを備える吸収性被覆体(1)であって、
前記結節点の前記下端部(4’)は、前記散逸要素(3)と前記構造物(2)の間に空間(5)を残すために前記散逸要素(3)から突出し、
前記吸収性被覆体(1)は、前記空間(5)に配置された主吸収性要素(6)を備え、前記主吸収性要素(6)のそれぞれは、まず第1に前記散逸要素(3)の底面(3’)に固定され、第2に前記構造物(2)に固定され、
前記吸収性被覆体(1)は、副吸収性要素(7)を備え、各副吸収性要素(7)は、散逸要素(3)の上面にその全体の長さにわたってそれを覆うために配置される、
吸収性被覆体(1)。 - 前記散逸要素(3)は、前記吸収性要素に対して剛性であり、プラスチック材料を含む群の一部を形成する材料から作製されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の被覆体。 - 前記散逸要素(3)は、それらの弾性変形範囲内で用いられることを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2に記載の被覆体。 - 前記主吸収性要素(6)は、弾性的であり、エラストマーを含む材料群の一部を形成する材料から作製されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記主吸収性要素(6)は、前記散逸要素に対し高いエネルギー吸収能力を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記主吸収性要素(6)は、少なくとも10°の損失角を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記散逸要素(3)及び前記主吸収性要素(6)は、形状が同一であり、各散逸要素(3)が主吸収性要素(6)をその全体の長さにわたって覆うことを特徴とする、
請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記下端部(4’)の接触面は、接着性材料の中に覆われることを特徴とする、
請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記散逸メッシュは、繰返し正方形パターンを有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記散逸メッシュは、繰返し三角形パターンを有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 少なくとも1個の散逸要素(3)は、楕円であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記楕円は、その円周(13)とその長軸(11)との交点に配置された2個の結節点(4、4A、4B)に固定されることを特徴とする、
請求項11に記載の被覆体。 - 前記散逸メッシュは、繰返し三角形パターンを有するとともに、3個の結節点分画(22)によって相互連結された3個の半楕円(21)がそれぞれ設けられた三角形部(20、20’、20”、20”’)を有し、各半楕円(21)がその長軸に沿って半分に切断された楕円に対応することを特徴とする、
請求項11又は12に記載の被覆体。 - 三角形部(20、20’、20”、20”’)の前記各半楕円(21)が前記三角形部(20、20’、20”、20”’)の外側に凹面を示すことを特徴とする、
請求項13に記載の被覆体。 - 各結節点分画(22)は、結節点の1/6に対応し60°の扇形を占めることを特徴とする、
請求項13又は14に記載の被覆体。 - 各副吸収性要素(7)は、散逸要素(3)の上面(3”)に固定され、前記上面(3”)は、前記主吸収性要素(6)に固定された底面(3’)から反対側にあることを特徴とする、
請求項1から15の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 各副吸収性要素(7)は、少なくとも10°の大きな損失角を有することによって前記散逸要素に比べてエネルギー吸収のための高い能力をそれにもたらす弾性材料から作製されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 剛性被覆板(8)を備え、次いで前記副吸収性要素(7)が前記散逸要素(3)と前記剛性被覆板(8)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から17の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記散逸メッシュは、単一の塊の変形可能な材料から単一の部品として機械加工されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から18の何れか一項に記載の被覆体。 - 前記散逸メッシュは、単一部品として一塊の変形可能な材料の成形によって得られることを特徴とする、
