Description
図4に示すように、上記応答信号送信器は、エラー検出部401と、拡散器402と、送信電力制御器403と、及びACK/NACK送信部404とを備えている。エラー検出部401は、パケットデータを受信して、無線チャンネルを介して受信されたパケットデータのエラーを検出する。上記エラーが検出されなかった場合には、ACKビットを生成して出力する。一方、エラーが検出された場合には、NACKビットを生成して出力する。拡散器402は、上記ACK/NACKビットを受信し、これを無線チャンネルを介して送信することができるように拡散する。送信電力制御器403は、パケットデータチャンネルのデータ送信率に相当する電力値に基づいて、上記拡散されたACK/NACKビットに対する電力制御動作を遂行し、上記電力制御動作の結果を出力する。ACK/NACK送信部404は、送信電力制御器403から出力されたACK/NACKビットを無線チャンネルを介して送信する。

Claims (8)
- 移動通信システムにおける送信率制御ビット(RCB)を基地局から送信するための装置であって、
スケジューラーの制御によって決定された逆方向パケットデータ送信率を示す前記送信率制御ビットを生成する送信率制御ビット生成部と、
前記生成された送信率制御ビットを前記逆方向パケットデータ送信率に従って異なる電力値で制御する送信電力制御器と
を具備することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記送信電力制御器から出力された前記送信率制御ビットを無線チャンネルを介して送信する送信率制御ビット送信部をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記逆方向パケットデータ送信率が増加する場合には、前記送信率制御ビットの電力が増加することを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記逆方向パケットデータ送信率が減少する場合には、前記送信率制御ビットの電力が減少することを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 移動通信システムにおける送信率制御ビットを基地局から送信する方法であって、
スケジューラーの制御によって決定された逆方向パケットデータ送信率を示す前記送信率制御ビットを生成するステップと、
前記生成された送信率制御ビットを拡散し、前記拡散された送信率制御ビットを出力するステップと、
前記拡散された送信率制御ビットの電力を前記逆方向パケットデータ送信率に従って異なる電力値で制御し、前記電力制御動作に基づいて前記拡散された送信率制御ビットを出力するステップと
を具備することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記出力された拡散された送信率制御ビットを無線チャンネルを介して送信するステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記逆方向パケットデータ送信率が増加する場合には、前記送信率制御ビットの電力が増加することを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記逆方向パケットデータ送信率が減少する場合には、前記送信率制御ビットの電力が減少することを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
