Description
The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition.
Conventionally, a softening agent has been added to the cleaning agent to prevent the fiber product after washing from losing its softness due to dropping off of the fiber treatment agent or adhesion of salts, etc. Has been studied. As a softening agent that is deposited on the fiber surface and imparts flexibility to the texture of the fiber product, conventionally, clay minerals such as smectite (see, for example, Patent Document 1), dialkyl type quaternary ammonium salts, long chain amines, etc. Cationic surfactants (see, for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3), silicones such as poly (dimethylsiloxane) (see, for example, Patent Document 4), and the like have been proposed.
Recently, in response to consumer demand, in addition to softening, detergents for garments that appeal to fragrance (especially fragrance sustainability and residual fragrance) have been put on the market, and high blending of fragrance compositions has become one of the issues to be studied. It is coming.
Liquid detergents are superior to powder detergents in terms of ease of use, such as no throat caused by dusting and direct application to dirt. In addition, liquid or paste-like components cannot be blended in a large amount with a powder detergent, but are excellent in terms of ease of use such that a relatively large amount can be blended with a liquid detergent. However, solid particles such as clay minerals and water-insoluble polymer compounds such as silicone are likely to settle and separate in the liquid detergent composition, and caution must be exercised in formulation studies in terms of stability. It was. For this reason, it is common to use a cationic surfactant as a softening agent in a liquid detergent.
When a cationic surfactant is used as a softening agent, a water-insoluble complex of an anionic surfactant and a cationic surfactant may be generated, and the liquid detergent composition may become cloudy or separate, which is stable. In that respect, attention was necessary in the formulation study. For this reason, nonionic surfactants are common as surfactants used as cleaning agents, and a small amount of anionic surfactant is used even when used. Nonionic surfactants are more effective for sebum stains due to their higher degreasing power than other surfactants, but they tend to harden the texture of textile products and are difficult to obtain sufficient flexibility. was there.
In addition, when an anionic surfactant is highly blended, there is a risk of separation when a perfume (oil-based component) is blended at a high level, and caution is required in the formulation study in terms of stability.
In the cleaning process, prevention of recontamination of solid particle dirt is one of the important issues. In order to prevent this re-contamination, studies have been made on the combination of a cellulose-based re-contamination inhibitor such as carboxymethyl cellulose (see, for example, Patent Document 5) and a nonionic polymer re-contamination inhibitor such as polyethylene glycol. However, a sufficient effect cannot be obtained, and there is a problem in that an increase in the viscosity of the system is observed when blended with a liquid detergent.
An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid detergent composition that has excellent cleaning performance and re-contamination prevention performance, particularly for solid particle soils, and has good flexibility, good storage stability, and high blending of fragrances. To provide things.
The inventors of the present invention stably and highly blended an anionic surfactant having a high cleaning performance for solid particle soil and a high anti-recontamination performance, a long-chain amine compound having a high softening effect, and a fragrance into a liquid cleaning composition.
[Component (d)]
As the fragrance which is the component (d) of the present invention, from the viewpoint of suppressing the fragrance at the time of opening the liquid detergent container from changing or weakening with time and being excellent in residual fragrance to clothing, the sensory strength Is preferably 40% by mass or more in the component (d) of a fragrance material (hereinafter referred to as fragrance material AB) having 4 or more and ClogP of 3 or more.
Physical Foundations in Perfumery(American Perfumer and Cosmetics,1970年12月発行)中、第5章、Absolute Intensity of 0dor, 0lfactory Equilibrium、第43〜47頁に記載の方法により求められる匂いの感覚強度である。 Here, “sensory intensity” is defined by the method described in Chapter 5, Absolute Intensity of 0dor, 0lfactory Equilibrium, pages 43 to 47 in Physical Foundations in Perfumery (American Perfumer and Cosmetics, issued in December 1970). This is the required intensity of smell.
The sensory intensity follows the Weber-Fechner rule and evaluates the sensory intensity of the odor of a substance using citral as a standard fragrance. The sensory intensity of the odor of 100% by mass of citral is set to “5”.
That is, when 100% by mass of citral and, for example, 100% by mass of the substance (I) have the same strength, the sensory intensity is “5”. Next, in order to obtain samples having a sensory intensity of 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, citral was diluted with diethyl phthalate, which is an odorless solvent, and 40% by weight, 16% by weight, 6.3% by weight of citral, Prepare 2.5% and 1% by weight of each dilution (hereinafter referred to as citral standard dilution). For example, if 100% by mass of substance (b) and 40% by mass standard dilution of citral have the same strength, the sensory strength is “4”, 100% by mass of substance (c), and citral When the 16% by mass standard diluted solution has the same strength, the sensory intensity is “3”.
To determine the strength of a strong substance with a sensory intensity of 6 or more, prepare diluted solutions of 40%, 16%, 6.3%, 2.5% by weight of odorous substance, and 100% by weight of citral. It is necessary to compare with. For example, when the 40% by weight diluted solution of the substance (d) is the same as the 100% by weight strength of citral, the sensory strength is “6” and the 16% by weight diluted solution of the substance (e) is citral. When the strength is 100% by mass, the sensory intensity is “7”. When the 6.3% by weight dilution of the substance (f) is the same as 100% by mass of citral, The sensory intensity is “8”, and when the 2.5 mass% diluted solution of the substance (g) is the same as the 100 mass% strength of citral, the sensory intensity is “9”.
The above-mentioned document “Physical Foundations in Perfumery” includes rosephenone (Rosacetol, Rose crystal) as an example of a compound having a sensory intensity 1, and benzyl acetate, phenylethyl alcohol and the like as examples of a compound having a sensory intensity 2.
フラグメントアプローチは化合物の化学構造に基づいており、原子の数及び化学結合のタイプを考慮している(cf. A. Leo, Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry, Vol.4, C. Hansch, P. G. Sammnens, J. B. Taylor and C. A. Ramsden, Eds., p.295, Pergamon Press, 1990)。 Next, “ClogP” is a coefficient indicating the affinity of an organic compound for water and 1-octanol. Calculated with the program “CLOGP” available from Daylight Chemical Information System, Inc. This program is the value of “calculated LogP” calculated by Hansch, Leo's fragment approach together with the measured LogP value, if any. The fragment approach is based on the chemical structure of the compound and takes into account the number of atoms and the type of chemical bond (cf. A. Leo, Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry, Vol. 4, C. Hansch, PG Sammnens, JB Taylor and CA Ramsden, Eds., P.295, Pergamon Press, 1990). In the present invention, the ClogP value calculated by the program CLOGP v4.01 is used.

Using the washing machine, 10 cotton towels and acrylic jersey (300 g) were placed, 40 mL of the liquid detergent composition shown in Tables 2 to 4 was placed, and washing was performed on a standard course. The evaluation of the scent of the fabric treated by this method was carried out by 10 panelists. Sensory evaluation regarding the intensity of fragrance was performed in the following six stages, and the average value was calculated.
